Broken equipment, torn carpet, moldy carpet caused by a constant drip. So bad that there is a bucket that has been on the floor for months. Glute extension machine has been broken countless times and once again is not working properly . Staff at other locations walk around daily, taking a note of equipment that is not working properly, not at Jersey Village. Staff does not walk the workout floor as it is littered with water bottles and sanitizing wipes for days

It's good for what it is. Definitely needs some updates. The machines are well used & with the new people I am seeing, I would think they could afford to replace the broken equipment.

I love this gym! It is SO diverse, all age groups and nationalities. It is calm and peple are pleasant with eachother.
Plus, it has great amenities! Everything I need in a gym.

Gotta own it, 4 months and counting. Get it fixed !!! Friendly staff , convenient location just get the dang leak fixed, I’ll pay for it.

I really like this Gym, it is spacious and not many people accumulate, but I would like there to be some important equipment that is missing

Rusted and smelly equipment that’s not kept in good condition. Extremely congested layout. Just overall felt like an unhygienic place. Not coming here again.

The gym offers alot. Basketball, Sauna, yoga, different classes available. They do need to upgrade their machines as alot of them show signs of rust and just don't look in good condition.

I have literally never in life seen so many machines either out of order, rusting away. The real winner of the day was the stair machine covering the rust with electrical tape. The plastic or coating on the treadmill arms was chipped and sticky to the touch. Left my hand feeling like there was something on them.
The one star was because at least the locker room was clean from what I saw.
Definitely not on brand for the LA fitness brand. This franchise owner needs to do better. ?
