I just recently moved to the area and was looking for a gym with more amenities. After about a week I decided to cancel my membership. There was not one single disinfectant wipe for me to wipe down the equipment. I walked all over the building looking for something. I decided to go to bathroom to get a papertowel and use that along with my personal sanitizer but there was not one paper towel available. This is unacceptable especially with COVID on the rise again. I was not the only one complaining, in the bathroom several women were also looking for something to dry their hands and couldn’t find anything. Also, I found it extremely hot in this gym. I get it you go there to sweat but my previous gym had massive fans and this place has small fans that serve no purpose. I rarely sweat heavily and I was sweating so profusely I had to lay towels down in my car. My husband came once with me and refused to return due to the temperatures inside. Unfortunate as I was hoping it would work out.

I recently moved to this side of town and decided to give this gym a test drive by signing up for the 7 day trial. Upon arriving I found out that I needed to sign up a for an appointment for a tour and a consultant to speak about the facility. Which didn’t make sense to me because I could have immediate access if I paid $20 for the day. All the workers there claimed to be working “off the clock” or as they said “not clocked in” and could not override the system. They also mentioned that trial passes are not valid after 8:30pm and after reading their “terms and conditions”, I didn’t come to that conclusion as it didn’t specify a timeframe. Seemed a bit sketch with their selling tactics and would not want to give them a penny of my money. I’d rather take my business else where.

This location by far has the worst cardio machines especially the treadmills. Not only are they full of rust and bounce A LOT when you run they also smell GROSS. Unfortunately, I’ve already injured myself from the excessive bounce and unsteadiness of them. The other machines are ok. They break down pretty often and some are also rusted. LA fitness closed their Medical Center location and you would think they could at least bring some of that nicer equipment over here but this location is not a priority to the company. I honestly have a hard time getting myself mentally prepared to have a killer workout because of the condition of the place. I think it’s time to cancel my membership.

Handicap parking is often not available as many cars with no placards are illegally occupying the spaces. This has been reported twice to the front desk, but continues regardless.

Needs security, Cars getting broken in to, Camaras need better placement, prices need to be cheaper. Also need not charge if people not going. Charge when people sign in..

I had the worst experience with the coach, he only stole my money and he didn't want to continue teaching me, be careful with these people who are thieves plus Mr. Jordan, be very careful with this man because he likes to scam people ?

The cleansing could definitely use some improvement especially the pool green and black algae around pool,
grout in floor black from not being clean in spots where water stands some may refer to as hot spots that should be cleaned daily Management that doesn't delegate sad

Honestly just because is near heights people go, but the staff is horrible, machines are horrible, and maintance of the whole place is horrible. Not to mention that 50 a month for this Gym membership is a crime! Do not waste your time and money on this gym and/or any other LA Fitness. There are better and cheaper alternatives like Eos Fitness which is 10 dollars per member a month. Once again charging someone 50 dollars a month and still having horrible machines, sanity and service is a joke. All LA Fitness locations are a joke this gym franchise is just money hungry and that's all they care about your money. I will be switching gyms shortly and never stepping a foot in an LA Fitness again.

I don’t understand how the court can’t be properly maintained the floor is always slippery /dusty needs to be cleaned properly it’s a basketball court can’t play like the way I wish I could I’ve complained multiple times but it’s not being taken care of ?

Don't waist your money or time going to LA Fitness at this location! THE WORST LA FITNESS ever!!!! There is a bunch of machines that doesn't work or need maintenance. Most of the time doesn't have wipes to clean the equipments and neither paper towel in the bathroom. Always pack and your need to be waiting. The front staff are rude when your complain about something. The only five star is for the ladies in the gym club that do what they can, to take care of a bunch of kids that some parents drop there without even going to work out. NASTY, GROSS, GUETHO gym I have been!!!

I come to this because it is the closest location to my house, but every day it is in worse condition, there are never wet towels to clean the machines, there is never liquid soap to wash your hands, there is never a paper towel to dry your hands, before there were a scale to weigh oneself in the men's locker room, it was damaged and was never replaced, this place is very poorly managed, oh and not to mention that there are constant thefts in the lockers
