This club has not been favorable since I was forced to go here years ago when the MedCenter temporarily closed down. The basketball court is always closed a random times for a month or two at a time. There are alot of machines that are consistently out of order (mostly the stair climbers). And the front desk staff has never been very welcoming especially this new manager Rayegan who is disrespectful and does not have a favorable attitude. I expect more from a "signature" club.

I have been to this location multiple times & will not be back. The women’s locker room & shower & bathroom area is always HOT! The A/C seems to be not working. & they say they turn it down; but there is NEVER a change. It makes taking a shower & getting ready dreadful. The whole building needs work on the A/C. & y’all can’t say it’s cause it’s hot outside because no other location is like this. I wouldn’t expect this from LA FITNESS & it’s a SIGNATURE CLUB at that.

The pool has been closed for years. The basketball court closed. They now want an upcharge for towel service. Sign out front needs repair. Foam rollers keep disappearing and then re appearing. Treadmill tvs never work. It's a dump.

Terrible experience! This is supposed to be a signature club but the basketball court has been closed for months, the pool hasn’t been open for 9 months that I know of, the kids club is not operable, the stair master are a highly requested machine but yet they’re never fixed, and to top it all off they now want to charge an additional monthly fee to utilize their towels wow. The new manager Reagan is very disrespectful and she doesn’t have a favorable attitude. Terminating my membership

Pretty disappointed at the gym. The gym is always hot. The water fountain near the bathroom literally smell like throw up. Some of the floors near the weight are so worn down it's just a giant hole. This gym is just dirty overall.

I dont post many reviews unless it's absolutely warranted (good or bad) but I had to here. This location is the nastiest LA Fitness that I've ever been to and I've been to many locations across the country.
The restrooms were disgusting. I got there at 5a right when they opened on a Monday morning and nothing had been cleaned the night before or the morning of. My skin crawled as I dreaded using a stall to use the restroom. The toilets were the worse that I have ever seen.
After my workout, I wanted to take a shower and the showers were filthy. Gobs of hair, grime and filth in the shower stalls. I decided to find another location to take a shower. No way was I taking a shower here.
For a signature, or even any LA Fitness, this is absolutely unacceptable. I saw the reviews prior to visiting this location so I expected some issues but this was ridiculous.
I will NEVER go to this location again and I would advise anyone reading this to stay away. If you do decide to go, just avoid the locker room/restrooms/showers and you should be ok.

Cardio equipment is rusted and noisy. Basketball and pool are always closed with no real actual reason, suppose to open at 5a but rarely actually does, bathrooms don’t seem very sanitary. If you want to cancel you have to show up in person between the hours of 9-5 but even if I wanted to cancel today, on a Sunday the person who cancels isn’t even there. Just ridiculous. I got an EOS membership, they are cleaner, newer equipment, no contract and way better price! Do better LA fitness ppl have options and will go elsewhere.

Just signed up and was here for the first time. I joined this club only because it had a basketball court. Today I go when it opened and the basketball court is out of commission. Looks like from the reviews it’s been that way for awhile. I’m wondering why no one told me this when I signed up here less than a month ago. So today I’m one of the first ones in and I go to the locker room to use the restroom and I’m noticing how dirty it is. I’m wondering why it’s not spotless since I’m literally one of the first ones here. The night crew should have this place looking brand new every morning. I hop on a bike and the handles are sticky like someone spilled juice on it. After the bike I jump on a treadmill and notice spots on the sides like someone just spilled juice on it but they were sticky so it had been there for awhile. I’m scared to go back and use the weights and weight Machines. I’ve been going to gyms since the 80’s and only spent about 70 minutes here. It’s nasty and with Covid increasing in the area I’m not sure I feel comfortable at this gym. Management you need to have people cleaning this place at night and have at least two people cleaning machines and restrooms throughout the day. If it’s consistently dirty and the basketball court doesn’t open soon I’m unsubscribing and moving on. Whoever is ultimately responsible for this place should be ashamed. You need to do better.

After the closing of the Medical center club, I and other members have tried to get the Friday Pilates class scheduled at the Greenway location. Phone and text messages calls to Rob Fisher have not done any good. Emails to customer service and SRVP Ed Hosted have also not even produced a response. I had an interest sheet signed by other members, 37 in all, who were also interested the Friday Pilates class and sent that to Rob and nothing seems to get a response. Management clearly do not care what the members of the club are interested in.

This is the best gym I have been to in similar price range. High ceiling and being located at rooftop makes the air quality much better. Trust me it matters in your workout. There is always clean towels at front desk and equipments are well maintained.

I was a member here for about 1.5 years from 2021 to 2023. I had not been back until Beryl hit and they were the only gym open in the area. Management has significantly improved since my time there and the equipment was all in good shape.
Vastly improved experience!
