My husband went in for an inspection and the guys purposely broke the windshield wipers to sell him new overpriced wipers. They will force you to buy their products or fail you and charge you regardless. These people are dishonest. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Very good team organized and professional..As general and my advice, you have to check your free report from or really or another shops like AutoZone to understand what the problem in your vehicle. Then you can go to your auto shop or mechanic shop, and I recommend them to check and take quotation before starting the work , thank you
