I’ve always had a great experience here, however, not today. I waited for about 10 minutes in line behind two other cars and no one ever came up to me. A man pulled up next to me and right away, someone came out to ask him what he needed and had him pull into the garage. I brought it to the guys attention and asked him if I was next and he said “ Yeah don’t worry about it. He’s not going to skip you.” It obviously wasn’t true and as a woman, I know men often get preferential treatment when it comes to certain services, but this was pretty blatant. My money is just as green as the person next to me and like with any business, I can take mine elsewhere. So I did.

I’ve been coming here for years. Great, quick service. The guys are friendly.
There’s a lot of negative reviews here coming from gullible consumers. If you continue to be taken advantage of; you may want to quit blaming other people and defaming locally owned businesses.

DONT GO THERE!!they went through my console and stole my money!! They also were done in less than 10 minutes I wonder if my oil was even changed. Corporate will hear about this

Didn’t see all the negative reviews for this place. Decided to stop by since we always see it off 11th. But we got scammed. They take advantage of young women and pressure them into extra services when coming in for an oil change. They pressured my sister saying they didn’t feel comfortable performing just the oil change citing serious issues and that the engine needed to be flushed. Out $200.
What was also suspicious that it didn’t take very long to do the services. In and out in 30 mins.

I’m writing a review pretty late honestly but the fact I keep thinking about it made me want to write a review.
I had moved to Houston for college & needed a simple oil change. I had no idea what I was doing at the time considering how young I was & in a new big city by myself with no family and hadn’t made any friends in the city yet.
I came in asking for an oil change & they ended up telling me a million things that “needed to be done” - so me, being young, ignorant & worried that something could go wrong with my vehicle while I was trying to get through college accepted all of their recommendations. The thing was, that after they’d come tell me one thing, they’d go back out & come back in suggestion something else.
They literally scammed me with things I didn’t actually need. If you have any daughters that live nearby this location, AVOID THIS SHOP. They are financial predators towards young females! I’ve read about shops taking advantage of women but had never experienced it. I was gullible to believe they were looking out for my best interest but in reality just took advantage of my lack of knowledge in regard to vehicle maintenance.

I went in to get my oil changed and it came out black. I tried to talk to the manager about giving me another oil change, but he denied that anything was wrong. I finally convinced him and I eventually got a clean dipstick.

They give false information and are rude and combative. Do not go here under any circumstance. Just scroll down and look at the other bad reviews. I used to go here for all my state inspections. Not anymore.

Bunch of crooks! I've got the d.a.'s office investigating them , they messed up my a/c and broke my fan. I'm out 700 bucks don't let them get you, they think they got away with it their wrong! I'm just getting started!

Have been coming here for years and never had an issue. The technicians are knowledgeable and work pretty quickly. On top of that, they are incredibly nice and personable. I highly recommend.

*** Do not fall for their scams** I went in for an inspection and was told I would fail for my windshield wipers and brake pads. When I told them I had someone to take it to for brake pads but maybe I’ll get wipers there they said well since you’re getting wipers I’ll see what I can do about passing you for the brake pads ? I found the whole thing to be sketch so I took my business elsewhere and was passed with no mention of wipers or brake pads

Tried to show up to get my inspection sticker. I was screamed at to get out of the way when entering, and then was rudely told that I was in the wrong location and needed to park in the side lot. Left immediately. Overall horrible experience and I was only there for maybe 3 minutes. The rudest people and if I stayed they probably would've scammed me. I went to another inspection location and was greeted and welcomed and guided through the experience. Just don't go here.
