Victor was very honest and nice, and he also was transparent about how to apply for the kroger mastercard. He was also very funny. I came in just to get a few groceries, and he convinced me to get a mastercard. God bless 🙌

Shopping experience -
Strange layout that doesn't make much sense to a regular customer. Many items are expired. Always double check your expiration dates when shopping here.
Checkout experience -
There is never a checkout lane open, no matter what time you go shopping.
And when you're in the self checkout, the employees are just staring at you to make sure you're not stealing. Poor service.
I would not recommend it.

Stopped by for fresh flowers! Gina and Kiana went above and beyond to help make sure that my flowers were wrapped properly! All workers had smiles on their faces, very welcoming.

I went in for an anniversary gift of chocolate strawberries and roses for my wife. I proceed to pay at the self check-out lane, I scan the strawberries, the machine locks up and I call over an attendant for help with the machine. The young man comes over and slams his hand on the top of the scanner and reaches for my strawberries in an aggressive manner, then throws my strawberries upside down from above height of the scanner into my bag. I looked at him with confusion and walk back to the front of the store to get another 4 pack of chocolate strawberries. He then calls me to the front of the line and proceeds to check me out. He scans the chocolate strawberries and flowers, but he refuses to let go of them. I finally make out and decide to call a manager. The manager answers and seemed annoyed by the call, as all I heard was mhmm, mhmm, mhmm as if nothing is the problem and says I'll talk to him and hangs up. Totally crappy andn unprofessional people work at this store. Kroger, there is nothing you can say that will make me take this review down

Do not buy the cakes with fruit on top. I witnessed on 1/7/2025 around 5:15PM a woman decorating cakes with fresh fruit went to the produce section grab more strawberries and blueberries. Directly go back to her work station and begin to cut up the unwashed strawberries and place them on top of a cake.

I have been a faithful customer to this Kroger for 20 years, and continue to be. However, I am about fed up. I cannot for the life of me understand how they cannot even keep up with their own name brand products.... They are out of stock of some of my regular weekly items ALL THE TIME. It's like they never recovered from covid. The only thing I can say I still love about this store are the people who work at checkout, and the fresh flowers.
