The old lady with blonde hair need to improvement her attitude towards her customer when they need help if not then don’t need to work at CUSTOMER SERVICE when you don’t even know what is that mean. If you have problems at home leave it at home don’t bring it to work, my friends and family always have problems with her, when they need help, especially when I come to ask her for help she just being like” oh I don’t know what is it, I can not do it” I know you can but you just lazy to help your customers.

The old blonde hair lady in the customer service is racist, when I have problems with my card before they always to help me( it's not the 1st time my digital card have problem) , but today that lady give me the attitude that like I'm a scam , and she did not even want to help me. I don't know why my card been use and I ask her can she help me, she said it been used I have to explain 1000x time that I didn't know who use it because I been out of town for 3 months. I did try my 2 brother card and it didn't show up( if I can not do it the lady at the register can told me that, when I ask her "am I ok to use the different card when my did not have a discount show up") . When she see that she just told " THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" when it is my problem when you can not help your customer and don't even want to help, blame on them for scam? With that age and still need to go work then you need to help yourself, bring better attitude to work if not then stay home. You don't need to ban me because Im not going back this place with attitude towards Asian. Thank a lot for the attitude service. Thank the lady at self checkout for trying to help me today. CAN NOT CALLED YOU THAT NEIGHBORHOOD KROGER WHEN YOU DONT EVEN BOTHERS TO HELP YOUR NEIGHBORS WHO LIVE AROUND THIS AREA. TRAINING THE PERSON AT "CUSTOMER SERVICE" know what is "CUSTOMER SERVICE" meaning.

Worse experience I have at this Kroger’s today about a 3 dollars coupon sign says 17.99 with card in small print buy 2… well I didn’t know that instead of ma’am I’m sorry or something other than just it’s the prize and that’s that and walks away.. who messes in your Cereal today

Store is always clean and well stocked. Cashiers are always friendly. The store associate “Andy” is always a joy to speak to. Always a smile guaranteed.

Horrible slow pharmacy rx supposed to be done at 9am per pharmacist. I called 3x nope I go to the store 3pm same 2 people in there moving slow as turtles. Pharmacist gives me the bag then asks for it back as he doesn't know how to use the med....and only 1 person at the window.

Ordered a birthday cake on Thursday to pick up right now and they don’t have it! Then to make matters worse, they don’t even have the decor for it. Guess that’s why they said screw it and my order disappeared. If you don’t make hello kitty cakes, take it off the website. It’s false advertising. So as I am calling corporate, the bakery manager who just finished telling me I didn’t place an order comes up and says “oh I found the email for your order so you get the cake free.” That’s great but just moments ago you wanted to argue me down that your store didn’t get my order. As I’m waiting for them to throw together a hello kitty cake, the decorator calls me over to basically say it’s printing out bad and she can’t do it. IT IS 2024…..DO BETTER!
