Possibly have credit card skimmers at the gas station. I got alerted to multiple declined charges 3 hours after filling my tank for incorrect pin numbers.

No problem with the goods being sold. One can get everything in terms of grocery items. The aisles are well laid. Self check out is fairly simple. Please do not expect much help from the staff.

I brought 2 of the crunch shaggy dog roll and yhere was a human hair in each one. What happened to wearing a cap when you prepare food? I am appalled and disgusted. I threw both away.

Stolen card info. My credit card information was stolen from your GAS station on June 13th. I suggest you check your scanners daily for fake overlay scanners and is there possibly there one in your cashier box? Because I bought a fuel additive and had to use the cashier

It's your typical Kroger so nothing special. The only thing I will say is that it is an older store so it's not as big as some of the newer ones. Being older and smaller means they don't have as much product as the bigger ones.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. Today, I attempted to send money via Ria at your location, as I have done multiple times in the past. However, I regret to inform you that I encountered significant obstacles in the form of an employee named Dean.
Upon requesting assistance from Dean, he adamantly claimed that the country I intended to send money to was not supported by Ria's transfer services. This statement was false, as I have successfully utilized Ria's services for the same country on previous occasions. Moreover, Dean exhibited a rude and unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction, displaying a blatant disregard for customer service and a refusal to assist me with my transaction.
I must express my disappointment with the level of service provided by Dean, as his behavior not only reflects poorly on Kroger but also jeopardizes the loyalty of customers like myself. If this type of discourteous and uncooperative conduct persists among your staff, I fear that Kroger stands to lose valued patrons.
I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address this issue and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. As a loyal customer, I trust that Kroger will uphold its commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction

My experience this morning at around 9:50-9:55AM 3/04/2025. I went to the money money services to add money to by debit card a girl name Daisy with a weird body shape was there on her phone scrolling instagram or snap chat with her friend Zee who is also a Kroger worker. Zee probably didn’t work at the money center but she was sure there to show her friend daisy pictures of kids on social media. All while Daisy had her phone in one hand scrolling social media with my card and my money in the other hand. First and for most one who deals with checks, cards money ETC SOULD NOT HAVE A HAND HELD DEVICE. WE AS customers don’t know if your employees will take pictures of our debit cards, checks ETC. Daisy struggle to grab by card from the counter three times. If Daisy would have put her phone down her job would have been made much easier and faster. There was no acknowledgment to the customer all because Zee and Daisy wanted to share social Media pictures of their kids. Do that at home NOT at work! Worst experience ever, I would have told the manager directly but there was a meeting going on so the opportunity to tell there manager directly was lost. I hope things like this get fixed and money services bands phone use because they deal with personal checks and cards thank you, a concerned customer!

This store is very disappointing. They make up rules as they go . There’s only one guy that is good and he works in the self checkout. The women have nasty attitudes. I’m so over this store.

I don’t like the third degree that you have to go through when returning a item at this location I Called Kroger‘s location, asking how I can return the item without a receipt I was told over the phone. I can make a return to any Kroger locations without a receipt under a certain value mind you the purchase was not even $12 The store manager by the name of Kenny Thomas told me that I can only exchange. Basically I couldn’t get a refund or store credit the audacity to force me to purchase something out of your location when I called in and I was told otherwise, the things that tax people / hard-working people have to go through when spending money. You can’t even get a refund on a legitimate purchase because they treat you like you have committed fraud or theft, I would never come back to this location again

I love this store and all the floor employees are great but whoever had the idea of allowing electricity salesmen to pester me while I shop for groceries ought to be fired. I'll gladly change this review to five stars when they get rid of the salesmen.
