I love this store and all the floor employees are great but whoever had the idea of allowing electricity salesmen to pester me while I shop for groceries ought to be fired. I'll gladly change this review to five stars when they get rid of the salesmen.

Just went to kroger it was open but about to closed and I was just going to get a medicine and the manager didn't let me I was already inside it was not going to take not even a minute and still people inside. I would never go back to this kroger

Not my usual location, but very nice. Self checkout employee was helpful and kind. Store was clean and well stocked. Also has a Pokemon card vending machine that I had never seen anywhere before.

Went shopping today for my Thanksgiving meal, the staff was so friendly , polite and helpful. Ally who worked there for 10 years helped me so much. I was in line and forgot bread, ,cake mix and my free turkey, she found everything I needed with a smile. Angelica, the cashier was also very helpful, she told me about the digital coupons for the yams and the free turkey. During this time of the year you expect subpar service but I was pleasantly surprised because I received excellent service. . I almost forgot about the manager, Javier, he was great too, he helped me with getting the digital coupons on my phone to work.

Called ahead before heading out to this location to make sure they had the item I needed in stock and was told over the phone they did. Once I arrived and headed over to the section where the item should’ve been there was nothing! There was a lady near by she was on the heavy side Hispanic with eyebrows that looked tattooed didn’t get her name but she looked annoyed that I was asking her If she could pls check if the item was in stock told her the whole situation that I had called before heading out and instead of helping me she was telling me maybe I called the wrong location and insisted I show her the number I dialed like I made a mistake! I don’t often go to this location and the one time I do i have the worse customer service. Please Kroger do better in customer service training.

This place has become the king of saving a buck at the customers expense. Carts are all in desperate need of replacement for YEARS. They have 2 self checkout areas now to avoid paying cashiers, but both of these still need 1 person to man them, so they keep one closed and let the line pile up at the other one. 1 single cashier trying to keep every customer going, while you bag your own items. They fear you stealing so make the self checkout a huge pain to use, and it keeps requesting the single cashier to come check your work. If you ever wonder what a real grocery store used to be like, head over to HEB and be amazed at all the open full service checkout lanes with people posted in the aisles to help you find stuff. How is Kroger still pulling in customers at this point?

Update: shopping carts are trash. If you love the feeling of pushing baskets with broken wheels this is the place to be!
Good place to shop. However, keep your eyes on the dates of items you buy in the dairy section. I have purchased quite a few items over the a span of time only to notice when I got home that it's either already expired, or will expire the next day. Normally most places would discount the items for a quick sell but not this Kroger.
