Had to pick up a Western Union. I had to write all the information down, apparently verbal communication is not acceptable here. Her response was 'Everyone works differently'. I'm glad there wasn't a line, you would be here all day. Suggestion, use another location.

Please check your dog treats this expired on Jan 25 of this year 2024! I just brought this yesterday for my puppy. Luckily I checked before feeding it to her. These treats are not cheap and sadly lost my recipe. Luckily I saved us a trip from the ER.

came to kroger for some flowers as we are celebrating international women's day. i haven't been to this kroger in ages and for the first time in a very long time i decided to go to this location. as i purchase my flowers in a water cubby container as the sign follows "container included" the lady with the beard kept giving a hard time because she didn't let us walk out with a plastic container with water and wanted us to walk out with a leaky hand full of flowers. Josh the floor supervisor was very understanding and tried to calm the situation down and insisted we took it as the sign states the container is included and out of respect didn't want us to walk out with leaking flowers. she didn't even want to walk over to respect my claim that the sign stated we could take the container she made josh the floor supervisor try and back her up when she knew she was wrong. moral of the story do not come to this kroger unless you want a mad lady to not respect customer loyalty and the laziness is crazy.

Come to Kroger on 249 and Antoine to buy a present for my wife I stay in Cleveland Texas about an hour and when my wife opened her container with rotten strawberries she was very disappointed and I was very embarrassed so I took it back after driving more than a hour the manager Phillip just offered to replace it he could have offered to up grade or something for my time and embarrassment so sad for Kroger I thought they had better customer service and quality such a disappointment I would give them no stars

Week old or more expired food, meat department cross contaminated meats when using cutting machines. This Kroger is basically a Festa with more Spanish brands than I’ve even seen in a Kroger. They play terrible Spanish music over loud speaker and appears the contribute to discrimination as there are few black and only one white person and he was handicapped. Some of their employs hardly speak English. Like the meat department. Go somewhere else, so you don’t waste time taking back spoiled food! Attached pic was from Sept 20th, the expiration of that bread was on the 20th. There were many expired breads and that’s just the start. So much expired food!!

The workers are nice, I have nothing against anyone here. What I am against is seeing mold in fridges. I would buy everything else except refrigerated items.
