The store itself is clean and well-kept. But my biggest issue is with a man who I believe to be the manager (brown guy, maybe Indian or Pakistani)- on several occasions, when I come to the store I see him yelling at or mistreating elderly employees. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Please, teach your employees to select fruits. We are tired of receiving rotten and damaged fruits like this one in the photo. We signed off the annual plan, honestly does not worth because 15% of the orders came damaged or wrong!

At self check out Ms Renee showed horrible customer service, lack of acknowledging customers , and the lack of multi tasking skills. I will not go into details of the situation because I’m sure she remembers exactly what happened and how she reacted. I hope she learns how to handle situations like this better next time because it puts a damper on the Kroger’s values. The proper way to handle a situation where you may be in the middle of something and a customer asks for assistance would be to acknowledge and not ignore the customer and always have a smile on your face letting them know you will be with them and not giving dirty looks. And screaming at your coworkers to assist that customer in your moment of frustration. #customerservice101

I am in this store 7 days a week. Tonight my wanted fish. I bought what I thought was fresh cod. It was terrible. It must have been very old. On top of that the sale price said $8.99 but when I bought it I was charged $9.99. I will never buy seafood from Kroger. Go to HEB for FRESH seafood!
