It's a grocery store, so??? It's an average store as far a products they sell and it's fairly clean. One thing I would like to see is more organic options throughout the store. Like most grocery stores, it seems these days, they need to keep a better watch on their produce. I regularly find produce that has mold and mildew on them and it's particularly bad with the organic ones. I usually see an employee working in the department so why they can't see and remove the bad stuff is beyond me!

This store has gone running downhill. The parking lot is always full of carts, their sale price tags stay up past expiration, and the store is overall just quite dingy.

Since moving to Texas, Kroger will forever be my go to grocery store. Convenient locations all over that always have what I need fresh and ready to go. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and I have never had a bad experience.

This is by far the WORST Kroger I have been too. I recommend doing yourself a favor and driving to the nearby HEB or Fiesta. Not a Fiesta fan but anything is better than shopping at this Kroger. I went in the previous night for a few things and found 2 containers of moldy bread. I informed an employee which looked at me puzzled not sure of what to do with the moldy items. I continued shopping and found brown bacon on top of good packs of bacon. It seemed like the bad products were just being pushed up front for ppl to buy. I was dumbfounded. It was crazy you hear on the intercom that every dept must have someone walk through their departments and make sure everything is fresh. I saw no such employee doing any of that. I tried again today on my lunch break but for one employee it was a bad time she asked me to get out of the section 3 times because she needed to clean and fill a display. I left without buying anything. The lady was rude I was looking for christmas cookies that were in the clearance section the night before. But she exclaimed I'm just trying to clean and I'm doing my best. I thought maybe she thought I had said something but I hadn't. Since she spoke to me I asked if she new were the cookies went. She stated if its a cookie it's not my department. I continued browsing at the toys but she followed me and said to more times she can't clean the shelves because she is afraid I will hurt myself with the boxes she had scattered on the floor. She only said all this after the manager told me to feel free to browse and he had now walked away.

I have no problem with this Kroger Store on Cypresswood Drive by Highway 249. I was visiting friends in the area and thought to stop by to get some groceries for the week. I came here on a Sunday evening. Plenty of parking and store was all lit up. Not many customers were in the store or everyone came for quick grabs. That's cool. So, did I. I also checked out the prices on turkeys and cookies. I know these holiday necessities will be on clearance in a month. This store has logical layout. I didn't need help to navigate. I used the self-checkout. So, I didn't interact with anyone. That's perfect too. Oh, the store hours are 6 am to 11 pm daily. Somehow, Yelp had the pharmacy hours. I hope they fix soon.

Nothing irritates me more than reading bs reviews from people who are simply trying to be ugly. This has been "my" Kroger for over 6 year, and NEVER have I ever purchased or even seen anything expired! Unless you go when restocking is being done, I have NEVER seen a mess, and even then, it's an organized "mess." Kroger is NOT Chick-fil-A, so don't expect the employees to walk up to you with a smile on their face like you're the most beautiful being they have seen in their entire lives, offer to take you by the hand, walk you to the isle you're looking for, then tell you it was their pleasure to serve you. You're a grown ass person, open your mouth, ask for what you're looking for, and any employee will direct you, & occasionally escort you, to where you can find the item you are in search of. But wait, there's more!! If they escort you to the isle, 9 times out of 10, they will help you find your elusive item!! WOW!! Everyone is entitled to a bad day. Don't rate your entire experience on one person or one visit. This specific location is by far my favorite Kroger location, and, no, it is not the only one near me, there are 3 others within 7 minutes of me, nor do I now, or have I ever, worked for any Kroger (just pointing out that this review was not written by an employee). I'll be going back in a few hours bc I forgot 3 things on my last trip, and I got the wrong chips.
