This Kroger was on my route home for the day. The store was not fully stocked because of the storm Beryl. Most residents in the neighborhood are still without power (7/12/2024!).
Rotisserie and fried chickens in the deli were cooked and out at the hot table. However, you could tell that a lot of food probably had to be thrown away because of power outages in the area. Items were stretched to cover holes in the displays. In the freezers there were a lot of holes, which reminded me of the beginning of Corona- virus.
It will take some more days to fully restock the store to "normal". There were no major lines at checkout today. James did a good job checking me out. Anthony did a great job of bagging (hot to hot/ cold to cold). Under the circumstances, a good day at Kroger!

This location is disappointing. The shelves are never stocked, the lines are always long, and it's consistently understaffed. The managers are never around when needed.

Today.... every item that I needed was in stock! The store wasn't too crowded, and check out was a breeze. Great customer service.

Order a birthday cake for a bday party. Realized cake was wrong flavor once cut into it. Bakery said they couldn’t do anything about it since we had cut into the cake already. Like we were supposed to stop in the middle of the party to go back to krogers and complain.

This is hands down one of the most rundown Krogers in Houston. The restrooms are always dirty and pray to God you never have to go to Guest Care. They take forever to help you. Oh, and if you're not a fan of self-checkout, stay clear as it's common to see only one register open.

The prices are ridiculously high. The coupons are not a big help anymore, they just bring their price down to HEB"s regular price. Very few decent deals. I only shop for items exclusive to Kroger.

If the Kroguer bank workers have demonstrated excellent performance and offer good treatment to their clients, I can highlight the following aspects:
1. Professionalism: The bank's workers are committed to their work and perform their tasks efficiently and professionally, providing quality service to their clients.
2. Personalized attention: Bank workers strive to understand each client's individual needs and offer personalized solutions that fit their financial circumstances.
3. Courtesy and friendliness: Bank workers treat customers with courtesy and kindness, creating a welcoming and respectful environment during interactions.
4. Knowledge and skills: Bank workers demonstrate solid knowledge of banking products and services, as well as internal procedures and policies, allowing them to provide reliable and accurate advice to clients.
5. Problem solving: The bank's workers are efficient and effective in addressing any problem or query that may arise, offering quick and effective solutions.
6. Empathy: Bank workers show empathy towards customers' financial concerns and do everything possible to help them achieve their goals and resolve any concerns they may have.

What is happening with the prices there? $0.79 for 1 cucumber is crazy. I understand inflation but your competitor down the street can somehow sell them for 3 for $1.00. I just had to leave the store after walking around and seeing so many staple items at outrageous prices.

Nothing like a good old Bait and Switch. During the final week of February, the Flyer stated: 2 DiGiorno Pizzas for $5. Get there, and they are $5.99. Each. This Group can take their "Digital" Coupons, and put them where the Sun don't Shine! BTW, the Pizzas were not Digital.
