I really don't have an issue with the store or staff, the problem is the third party vendors.
I was literally not in the store for 5 seconds when all of a sudden somebody tries hitting me up about my electrical provider. I don't go to grocery stores to search for utility services

I have to admit, I love this kroger. I usually do curbside pickup cause they are the best service, consistently,that I've ever had. But today I went in. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair so I usually do self checkout so I'm not too big a problem. But this morning I needed a cashier so got in that line. But the young man at the self checkouts on the end by Starbucks came over and said " Sir, if you would like, I can check you out quickly over here at the self checkouts." Yes, yes I would. And he quickly scanned and bagged all my items for me. I'm ashamed of myself for not getting his name so I could compliment him to his manager. Best Store EVER, consistently!

This is a very nasty Kroger. It reminds me of the one on El Camino Real in Clear Lake. Just nasty. Will only purchase non food products like toiletries. Will not purchase any food here. Straight up nasty. Should be shut down by the health dept. Very bad stench in the store.

I’ve been here a few times. I have friends who stay near so when I'm in the area, I stop by.
I came here for seafood because my
Kroger would be closed by the time i got home. I walked by the “fresh seafood” and they’re were literally flies all over the seafood.
I mean big horse flies that didnt move even when he opened the case!
I was so disgusted i told the worker nevermind.
I wont be back thats for sure.

Always shop at Kroger. I will not change. They have good weekly sales, coupons and delivery.

I used to love coming to this Kroger because everything was fresh. Now I get super soaked vegetables, and I mean super soaked. I prefer to go in the mornings on weekdays and when I get there, I see the employees using a hose to keep the vegetables moist. I've never seen any stores use a hose, and especially at like a full jet to water/moisten their vegetables. So much for Kroger saying they keep it fresh...
And the employees don't put the wet cones out while doing so, creating a hazard for customers.

Manager was incredibly rude. I went in at 1:30 today and had an item ringing up at $5.99 instead of $1.50. I showed her the app in which I scanned the item IN STORE and it was supposed to be $1.50. Her response was “I don’t have anything to do with that if it’s in the app” and walked off. Disappointing to be so rude to a customer and not even offer an explanation if you still didn’t plan to match what the app/website says. Treating me with any common decency would have been wonderful.
