I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
THERE IS A WOMAN BY THE NAME SABRINA AND HER ASSISTANT MANAGER THAT WERE VERY VERY RUDE.
TALKED TO DANTE MANAGER OF THE STORE AND HE IS GOING TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION.

The guy that works in the deli has poor communication skills and does a really bad job at following basic instructions. Since when do you leave the Styrofoam container sitting on the glass with the sides on top. Didn't ask if we wanted to pay for it there , did we want a plastic ware pack so we could eat , did we want some sauces or even if we wanted anything else. He is very rude that isn't the way the workers should be acting. Sell that chicken and the rest of those sides don't just ignore the customer. That mashed potatoes didn't come with gravy since when? I just didn't like the over all attitude he was giving us. If you don't want to work go home. I think at this point Kroger doesn't even care. They do have lots of prepackaged food in the deli area but warm food deli forget it. The chicken looks great but the guy acted like he was taking it home and I was cutting into his meal later. Not sure why I didn't get sauce with them expensive strips but I should have because they was very dry. I think as far as customer service is concerned they failed horribly. As I was leaving I told the security and he didn't even act surprised. He said the man always has a bad attitude let him make it. Let him make it man come on let me make it I was about to buy a family piece chicken box and he stopped me with the way he threw my stuff up on the glass. Like no sir I don't want nothing else from you or Kroger acting like that. So yeah I don't like the deli man but they got good food there if you don't have to deal with anyone to get it.

Interested in learning how to be a cashier and grocery bagger? Good thing, because you'll have to learn to shop here. There never seems to be a single cashier line open so your only option is self-checkout.

Who is in charge of the in house tortillas? Why did you stop putting a piece of paper between each tortilla? Now I throw half of my tortillas away because there’s only a single piece of paper in the bag of 10. When you try to peel them apart carefully they rip in half. It’s maddening.

Shopping hard and using digital coupons saves me a chunk of money at Kroger. This location is generally well stocked and that's a huge plus

The girl at customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional! Kroger is just getting worse and worse!!!! Please do yourself a favor and shop at HEB, even if they're further away. HEB has better prices & outstanding customer service!

Prices at Kroger are much higher than H‑E‑B. There are never enough checkout lanes open. I think every person in that store hates their job because they all have a scowl on their face. The music is always LOUD! I don’t shop there unless I pass by it on my way to some other place.

I am very upset with the Kroger store because I placed an order on Tuesday and since I couldn't go that day to pick up my order I put it for Wednesday and they charged me $49 dollars more because the specials ran out on Tuesday and when I placed the order they didn't It said that the prices were going to change if oo had no longer made the purchases

I come to this Kroger regularly. Usually, I do self checkout. Occasionally with large shopping I would go to cashier’s check out line. There is an older lady usually works there, I forgot her name. She is consistently being friendly to all customers. She makes me feel very welcome. I had recently noticed that the self checkout line employees would make efforts to acknowledge you. I like krogers app vs competitors. The only thing I can pick on is the app would ask me to sign in after a couple of weeks of no using. Which I often forgot passwords.
