  This store is okay, there are a few things I wish they would improve on, #1 the selection. It's the same stuff Day in and day out, especially when it comes to the deli, it's always the same old ribs, fried Chicken, baked chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes a veg, and maybe onion rings or potato wedges on occasion, you could really do so much better in this department, hire some cooks that actually know what they're doing, and beef up your selection, meatloaf, pastas, pizza, fried fish, pulled pork, something! Anything but fried chicken and baked chicken 24/7 365. Thank you.

  Someone needs to clean out all the rude employees and please update this store, I bought some chicken from the cooks and it was all pink under cooked inside 🤮 needs more organic fruit the cooked food looks horrible please hire better cooks !!!

  Shopping here for 3 years cozy find items pretty quick. You can pay your bills here and pay your state sticker. And get money orders.

  The lady who works the money booth in the morning with the glasses has a horrible attitude. Talks to customers like she hates her job. The manager really needs to speak with her about her attitude and how speaks to people. The other morning cashiers are friendly and pleasant. They provide excellent customer service.

  Literally the worst Kroger I have ever been to. Super small produce section and Every bell pepper I picked up was wrinkly. Didn’t even buy anything. Just walked out. Lol

  Security guard embarrassed me today. I live close by to this Kroger. Convenience is the only reason we go here, and I say we go weekly. I was waiting after I got out of the gym ( we go to BE FIT) to go get some more protein shakes (we ran out of our online supply) and to get some Horizon milk for our son- maybe some croissants. I walked in probably right at 7, when I was asked to leave my backpack in the front. I was so confused- I thought he was kidding at first. Also, I don’t usually carry a purse, I carry a fanny pack or a backpack. So I’ve been in this store a multitude of times with a backpack. And although I only had some gym stuff like bands, my shaker cup, and minor stuff- it also carried my keys, my phone and my AirPods- my workout clothes had no pockets. The backpack itself is full leather and $350, but even if it was one of my $50 dollar backpacks- I’m not leaving my bag in the front. Some women carry purses bigger than some of my backpacks. Surely, you wouldn’t ask anyone to leave their purse in the front. I honestly don’t think it is even the security guards fault- if the store has a stupid policy like that. We already feel like this store doesn’t have a lot of the quality stuff we look for. This last time I went they didn’t have the milk we get for our son. So we also order a lot online because again convenience. But on top of that- I hate being humiliated like that in front of other people. The guard told me I could go quickly after the exchange. Honestly though I got really red and upset that I just left. I’ll just go get a danish/ horizon milk from Starbucks down the road and get a protein shake from smoothie king. Again, I don’t blame the security guard IF HE IS BEING ASKED TO UPHOLD SUCH AN IDIOTIC POLICY.

  This Kroger does NOT have a pharmacy and also does NOT have store pick-up. These services are available at nearly every other Kroger location. Why not here to benefit the local residents?

  I went to Kroger on Polk Street to get a pack of franks and some bread this Mexican woman told me the card only works for certain items not franks and bread I gave it one ⭐ it doesn't deserve that

  I hate coming to this Kroger's.The security is a joke she stood behind this girl paying for her food while a guy was in the back stuffing meats in his pants. Staff is rude encountered only one good helpful polite person her name is Felicia I want to give her a special thanks and recognition Thank you. Back to studemont location I go...won't be going back in Polk.

  Just being honest here, I think this Kroger is barely running. It doesn’t seem like there’s much attention for management.
  The deli is the worst part, I stopped by at 1 PM and there was absolutely nothing available to purchase but mashed potatoes. The lady just said it is what it is, that’s all I got lol
