They close early, it’s not hard at all to close your change your closing time, especially when you don’t know where someone is driving from, especially in a city as large as Houston.

I did a pick up order on Tuesday and I picked it up on Wednesday and they overcharged me the price because supposedly there weekly add changes on Wednesday but if I made the order on Tuesday why would they do that they should keep there prices the same as when u did ur oder and I try talking to a customer service and they where so rude they won't give u a refund and they just did what they wanted as a store credit without me telling them yes and they only refunded the store credit for what they wanted that's call stealing when they take money extra without letting u know the worst experience ever don't ever do pick up

I don’t think I’ll ever come here again. One experience , I had my cart parked near the coffee aisle which I was alone in until some old white man decided to try to reach over me and my basket , instead of excusing him self so that I could move my cart. We get to the self check out, which I like to organize my food as well as take my time ringing up my items so I don’t overspend , and people behind me huffing and puffing which forced me to have to rush , when they had less than 5 items and could’ve went to self checkout . The worst part was the employees. Felt watched the entire time and the security kept asking the cashier was I going to pay for the remaining items I didn’t ring but pulled aside to separate to see which ones left I would decide to finish buying so that I wouldn’t hold up the line trying to decide . The line ended up getting long so I decided to finish my purchase in self checkout. Security followed me over to it to watch me pay , and to top it off I kind of felt the woman in self checkout was rude when I was putting away the items I didn’t want as well as splitting my payments . I felt uncomfortable, like I was stereotyped, and I wasn’t welcomed in this Kroger location even though I’ve shopped here plenty of other times. Disgusting . I will never give them another dime !

Title: Frustrating Experience with Customer Service at Kroger's

I recently had an extremely frustrating encounter with the girl at customer service at Kroger's while attempting to purchase a money order. I must say that this experience caused me a monumental waste of time and inconvenience, unlike any other I have encountered at Kroger's before.
Upon approaching the customer service counter, I expected a smooth and efficient transaction, as I have experienced in the past. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The girl assisting me seemed unprepared and lacked the necessary knowledge to handle my request promptly.
To begin with, she appeared disinterested and disengaged throughout the entire interaction. She did not greet me with a friendly demeanor or attempt to make me feel welcomed as a customer. Instead, she seemed preoccupied and uninterested in providing quality service.
As I explained my request for a money order, the girl appeared confused and unsure of the process. She fumbled with the computer system, struggling to input the correct information and wasting precious time. It was evident that she lacked proper training in handling such transactions, which only added to my frustration.
Moreover, her lack of effective communication skills further compounded the issue. She failed to provide clear instructions or explanations, leaving me feeling confused and uncertain about the entire process. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification, which prolonged the transaction unnecessarily.
What should have been a simple and efficient task turned into a time-consuming ordeal, causing me unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is highly disappointing, especially considering my previous positive experiences at Kroger's.
I sincerely hope that Kroger's addresses this issue promptly and ensures that their customer service staff receives the necessary training to handle various transactions effectively. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and a more seamless experience when conducting business at Kroger's.
In conclusion, my encounter with the girl at customer service at Kroger's was a monumental waste of time and inconvenience while attempting to purchase a money order. Her lack of preparedness, knowledge, and professionalism left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope that Kroger's takes the appropriate steps to improve their customer service and prevent similar experiences in the future.

Whatever you do…do not buy any of their meat. They sell spoiled beef and fish. I’ve experienced it a total of 5 times with different meats some that I’ve had to return. They leave their meats sitting out all day and they use food coloring on their red meat to disguise the color . For a Krogers that is in a nice neighborhood I am shocked at the poor products they are selling their customers

I’m not sure ? what’s going on in the Deli department ! As you can see from my past reviews I never post negatively. I want to say about two weeks ago the young man working behind the counter was very rude and disappointing !! I was just trying to pay for my meal ? , microwave and go . When I approached he very rudely pointed to self check as if I was a bother or slowing him down somehow !! I normally park on that side if I’m going to the Deli ! It’s really out of my way to pick it up from the Deli, go pay for it and walk back to warm it when there a register and worker’s right there. Today the same thing happened and the young lady said she didn’t have a register . But she didn’t seem eager to help either ! It’s definitely a great ? lunch at a great price !! I will use Kroger’s other services the courtesy booth are always quick and polite !! But I will “NEVER”, purchase from there Deli again I’d rather spend the nickel at an food establishment that actually has a smile and “CARES”, about there customers !! I’m definitely contacting there corporate office I have been shopping at Krogers for “DECADES”, and this has happened once to often the just lost a loyal and dedicated Deli customer !!!!
