After multiple attempts to get through, someone finally answered and asked me to hold but instead of waiting for my reply simply put me in hold. Then after waiting several minutes was disconnected.

The pharmacy tech was genial and helpful. Much better than the other Kroger on Eldridge. I definitely recommend filling your prescriptions through this pharmacy. You won’t regret it!

I tried multiple times to get my inhaler prescription refilled here. They should know how serious this is to me and try and help me have this in stock ready to go every month. On one occasion the Pharmacist (Indian Woman) wouldn't even let me finish my sentence with what I needed before constantly interrupting me. There was always a reason why they couldn't refill it, have it in stock, or had to contact my doctor.Walgreens always called for me if there was an issue. So I called my doctor and they said just use your old pharmacy which in inconvenient but I did and got my prescription in 1 hour.Very unfortunate, im a new resident in the area and this Kroger's is very convenient. If only they could have my medication when I need it.Richard Anderson

If you have your prescriptions sent here male sure to call them the same day to make sure they are working on it otherwise it may take overnight

My family and I have been using this Kroger Pharmacy for 20 years and it has gotten so bad I will be moving my prescriptions to CVS. The pharmacy techs are insufferably dumb. My autofill prescriptions are never on time anymore. I've been given wrong prescriptions which can be incredibly dangerous. Do not recommend.

The pharmacy employees are so incredibly unhelpful and often times rude and dismissive! Each time a prescription is called in, I have to call the pharmacy to make sure it gets filled or they refuse to fill it. Most recently, my son had a prescription sent there, I called to confirm and they informed me the DR needed to change it for insurance purposes. They said they will call and get it taken care of. I asked for it to be done immediately because my son NEEDED these meds. Over 24 hours later it wasn’t taken care of and my husband spent 30 minutes trying to pick up a cream from them! They don’t care for patients or their time! Use any other pharmacy!

No other Kroger Pharmacy picks up the call and places you back on hold for the sole purpose of trying to stop the phone from ringing. Which is essentially what this Pharmacy does!!! Kesha, picks up the phone and at the SPEED OF LIGHT says " KROGER PHARMACY, PLEASE HOLD!!!!!! How Lazy and Inconsiderate of your customers. It feels as if she doesn't want to be bothered. At the least, take a breath and pause, and maybe even say "Can you please hold" and then wait at least a couple of seconds before slamming the phone down. Most customers are elderly and don't even hear what she is saying and may hang up and call back. This is NOT customer service and I am sure Kroger is NOT known for treating their customers in this manner!!!!

This pharmacy is the best I've been to in years. I will be moving all my prescriptions here just as fast as I can! I was a day early refilling and instead of throwing the prescription paper back at me like Walgreens and CVS have done in the past they said come back tomorrow we will have it ready first thing tomorrow morning for you!! What!! I don't have to bring it back and hope you have the drug??? I was standing there in shock and the young lady helping me was like okay lady you can leave now!! They have the drugs, do their job and fill the prescriptions no judgement no making me chase my tail around town trying to find my drugs. I have interacted with a number of employees and they are all just as nice!! Makes me not want to hate getting prescriptions filled! And I can get groceries while I wait!! Win win!!

After driving around town to countless Walgreens and CVS to get an important prescription filled and not finding it anywhere, as a last ditch effort I drove into Kroger's Pharmacy just as they were closing. Sarah and Christopher were amazing! Not only did they actually have the rx in stock but they stayed late after closing time to fill it for me as I waited, and even better they were able to get me a discounted rate on the rx as it wasn't covered by my insurance. I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am for their excellent customer service; they absolutely saved the day!
