Resha in the pharmacy spent a few minutes to create a profile for me to determine whether or not Kroger is in-network with my insurance, so I can get a Covid booster shot. Walgreens and CVS have limited inventory due to the recent CDC no longer recommending them despite my.doctor's recommendation.

My first time coming here as my dermatologist office recommended them due to the pricing of one of my medications. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. My preferred pharmacy was charging me $100 for the medication i needed and my dermatologist told me to come to Kroger because they had it for $28 with a GoodRX coupon. When i went to go pay it was $18 and the guy said “I found a better coupon for you” i almost cried. I said thank you SO much for doing that. I spoke to 3 different people while dropping off/picking up my prescription and every single person was so nice and helpful! I got home and told my husband and he said he recently went to them as well and had the same experience as i did. We both agreed to switch pharmacies!

Refused to take my temp paper id- given to me by the DMV because my current was expired and new one had not arrived yet. Was trying to get meds for a family member threatening to kill themselves.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Dr. Lisa Mathew and Dr. Taurean Holmes at the Kroger Pharmacy, and they were fantastic! Both were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their professionalism and care made a big difference, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing expert pharmacy service. Thank you, Dr. Mathew and Dr. Holmes!

I agree w Ron Rucker. Was in line and waited 25 minutes. Got to window at 12 noon and told not ready - my doctor faxed it at 10am. Came back to pick up at 3:30. It was ready but for only 30 days. All my scripts are always for 90 days. I have 15 or 16 prescriptions. Asked why not for 90 days and young girl couldn’t answer why. I called back and talked to someone who ‘said’ they were a pharmacist. All she wanted to do was argue and be condescending to me. I have had several problems in the past. Enough is enough. Complaints to pharmacy managers or store manager fall on deaf ears. CVS will be glad to get my Aetna business!!!!!

The pharmacy is perfectly fine. No issues on my end for the past 3 years. They never have issues with being out of stock, and are helpful with any questions I have.

I went during open hours and they had a curtain over the window with a line of cars outside. There was no one to help anybody. And when they have a long "lunch break" everyday, they don't assign someone to work the pharmacy and serve customers.

Horrible Horrible pharmacy customer service since the day this location opened, poor service they ignore you in line and at the drive thru , the pharmacy manager has no concern about the quality of service him are his staff provides. I recommend using a traditional pharmacy like cvs or Walgreens over this Kroger pharmacy.

Today (Friday), received a text that said my prescription was ready around 1:30pm, went to the pharmacy after 4:00pm and had to wait almost an hour to get my medicine. I previously had good experience with reasonable wait time here but this time I was disappointed.
