I would not recommend this bakery. I called days prior to order the day of pickup for a custom cookie cake. I called on the day of pick up to find out that my order was lost and cake wasn't made. I was ensured that it wasn't a problem and would be remade. I assume my order was rushed as the writing was completely rushed, the writing is extremely off centered. I have attached a picture for reference. Very undependable

Everyone is always so kind here. ESPECIALLY st Curbside! They always make it so easy when I reject the substitution which are rare; I can just call they are more than happy to grab something else! They go over and beyond! I love my local Kroger Thank You Guys!

This rating is for Tomekia and her stellar service at the bakery. I was catering a wedding and needed 20 packages of their colossal rolls (normally available during the holidays or by special order.) Tomekia went above and beyond in her efforts to make sure my ordered was filled and on time. She did it all with a smile!

Please do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens next door for your medication. The customer service in the pharmacy here is terrible. My experience with this Kroger pharmacy location is totally opposite from what I experienced with the Kroger in Towne Lake. I recently moved to the area so I had to switch to this one. Nothing but problems. I’m not sure how my dr can send over 4 medications at once but the pharmacy only gets 3 of them and then gives me an attitude when I ask for the 4th. This is one of the many issues I’ve experienced in the last 2 months. Terrible customer service especially to a person who has been sick for a week and just trying to get medication to feel better.

This rating is for the pharmacy! Yes I enjoyed my visit to receive my booster shot today. The whole process was quick, easy and the employees were friendly and professional. The pharmacist was very good, he took the time to address my concerns . I was relaxed and smiling when I received my booster. I'll be back for my Shingles shot in about a month. Kroger cares bandage is spot on.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to, and it's in a grocery store. They are extremely prompt, even if your dr calls in a prescription, by the time you get there it is already filled or they are working on it. The pharmacist takes the time to explain your medication to you, even if they are busy. Nicole, Bino, and the whole staff are super friendly. Before my new insurance kicked in, one of the techs told me that I could get reimbursed on a Rx, and then proceeded to do the paperwork for me and refunded my money right then. He didn't have to tell me that, let alone do the paperwork for me. This pharmacy really goes the extra mile for the customer, and I will always get my prescriptions filled here.

I don't know how this new guy just told my wife she can't pick my my most desperate medication but I will be there in the morning. I have spent 10s of thousands with this location and it seems you don't want my business anymore.

This is a pretty poorly run grocery store...the one at the corner of North Eldridge and West Little York. The produce is pitiful. Old produce. Yuck. Part of the problem could be that they don't seem to regulate the temperature in the store. In the summer it's like they don't run the AC and it's hot in there. The place just seems to be neglected.

I like the Staff and management. Great folks. Due to my health condition I have to wear the mask below my nose. I have been shouted at. I have been verbally abused because of the mask. And this is from random members of the public. I love Kroger but hate the mask lovers who attack me.

Non-existent customer service--employees treat customers like they are the manager and their word is golden. Went to buy Swanson canned chicken broth as it is always on sale this time of year. I checked the signs twice to look for a limit message and there was none. I saw the broth on an endcap display and once again, no limit displayed. Once I hit self check, a women immediately started to flail her arms and wave me away, yelling at me that I can't buy more than 10 cans of broth. All i said to her was whether she could help me (nicely) and she was already yelling at me! When i went to the other self check cashier, she was equally as rude and then called someone to ask for a limit and they said 20 cans. You can't even get your messaging right! The next day I called a different Kroger store and they said that there is NO LIMIT. WHERE IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER FOR THIS STORE? WHO IS THE MANAGER FOR THIS STORE? You can tell based on the reviews that this has been going on for some time and nothing has happened. I dont want people to be fired, but it is absolutely shameful to be so rude when I promise, I was nice and I LET THEM YELL AT ME AND BE DISRESPECTFUL TO ME. I TOOK IT b/c honestly, I could tell they must hate where they work and who they are when they cannot simply be courteous. COURTEOUS! To make matters worse, I WORKED AT THIS LOCATION WHEN THE STORE OPENED. I WAS THERE FOR 4+ years and i can tell you that they used to care about customer service.

I waited 50 MINUTES for my groceries to be brought out to me!! RIDICULOUS!! I ordered my groceries a day in advance. I arrived to pick up my groceries and checked in upon arrival. I watched 2 other cars who arrived after me be served. I even called and spoke to an African young woman and verified my name and order after I had already waited close to 30 minutes. She said it would be right out and I stood by and watched another 3 cars who arrived after me be served. I then called back after 45 minutes and spoke to the same young African lady wearing a white head band, and she acted like she had no clue anything was wrong or that I previously called until I said "you were the one I spoke to when I called 20 minutes ago!" "You even asked my name and told me it would be right out." She then told me it would be out again, and after waiting 50 minutes, a different young lady brought out my order, probably bc the lady I spoke to on the phone didn't want to deal with it. This young lady was very nice and apologized for what wasn't even her fault. After I called to speak to a manager and got the same African woman, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she replied, "Did you have a problem in clicklist?" REALLY?! So clearly she knew she was wrong and knew I was upset. Anyway I told her yes so please transfer me to a manager and she said, "I don't know how to do that." I mean, really?! First of all, I'm sure she knew. Second, if not, all she had to do was ask someone. This was absolutely ridiculous. I could've went in and got my groceries in far under 50 minutes!! That's crazy. The only person who knows what they are doing in clicklist is a young lady named Harleen. I've never had any issues when she handles my orders. I'm in and out in no time, but this other lady seems to be careless. Just to be clear, when in store, customer service is great! Patrick is always very friendly. So is Theresa, Jorge, and Kamal. This review is solely for clicklist.
