This store is notorious for bad and misleading signage. There are some products I really like at Kroger, but the frustration with their “savings” process is ridiculous! I spend more time clipping coupons on their app, then getting to the store to find out, they are “in a cart for pickup or delivery”. Many items are on sale but only with “digital” coupons, so if you don’t scan the QR code for each item, you don’t get the discount. Many signs around the store offering items at a certain price, but when you get to the register, they are again, digital and don’t work with just your Kroger card, but need to add it to your app to get the sale price. When I go to customer service to get my refund, staff is usually dismissive and sometimes snotty. I ask if anyone else ever complains about this and they tell me no. BS! I was behind a lady at the register who had the same problem. We talked on the way to the car. This is a problem for many people, especially older folks that aren’t tech savvy. I shouldn’t have to spend an hour and a half grocery shopping to get advertised savings. Also, pay attention to fresh dates!

It's an ok grocery store but like ALL grocery stores these days they NEED to do better on offering organic options! Also like ALL grocery stores they need to keep a better watch on their produce. I find so much of the produce that has mold and mildew and some are even rotting! Why these grocery stores don't do better at removing disgusting produce is beyond me!!!

It was quick to find what I came for and the self check out lane was already muted. I hate when they have them set up so the user can't mute the recorded teller voice, ugh. Clean store, too

The old lady with blonde hair need to improvement her attitude towards her customer when they need help if not then don’t need to work at CUSTOMER SERVICE when you don’t even know what is that mean. If you have problems at home leave it at home don’t bring it to work, my friends and family always have problems with her, when they need help, especially when I come to ask her for help she just being like” oh I don’t know what is it, I can not do it” I know you can but you just lazy to help your customers.

The old blonde hair lady in the customer service is racist, when I have problems with my card before they always to help me( it's not the 1st time my digital card have problem) , but today that lady give me the attitude that like I'm a scam , and she did not even want to help me. I don't know why my card been use and I ask her can she help me, she said it been used I have to explain 1000x time that I didn't know who use it because I been out of town for 3 months. I did try my 2 brother card and it didn't show up( if I can not do it the lady at the register can told me that, when I ask her "am I ok to use the different card when my did not have a discount show up") . When she see that she just told " THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" when it is my problem when you can not help your customer and don't even want to help, blame on them for scam? With that age and still need to go work then you need to help yourself, bring better attitude to work if not then stay home. You don't need to ban me because Im not going back this place with attitude towards Asian. Thank a lot for the attitude service. Thank the lady at self checkout for trying to help me today. CAN NOT CALLED YOU THAT NEIGHBORHOOD KROGER WHEN YOU DONT EVEN BOTHERS TO HELP YOUR NEIGHBORS WHO LIVE AROUND THIS AREA. TRAINING THE PERSON AT "CUSTOMER SERVICE" know what is "CUSTOMER SERVICE" meaning.

Worse experience I have at this Kroger’s today about a 3 dollars coupon sign says 17.99 with card in small print buy 2… well I didn’t know that instead of ma’am I’m sorry or something other than just it’s the prize and that’s that and walks away.. who messes in your Cereal today

Been coming here for quite some time now.
Store is always clean and well stocked. Cashiers are always friendly. The store associate “Andy” is always a joy to speak to. Always a smile guaranteed.
