its the closest store and its got a nice staff and good selection. but the aggressive salesmen they let bombard you INSIDE the building is ridiculous.Its always the electricity people and I they don't take no for an answer.

This is the worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Every person there is rude and unapproachable. They look at you as you wait only to ignore you, no greeting, no hello, no smile, just a bunch of wet blankets. The girl working the register and checking people out is on her phone and can not be bothered with helping customers. The pharmacist, or who I'm assuming is the pharmacist by her white coat is the most unfriendly person to deal with. She evidently either hates her job or hates the customer. I would suggest Kroger get a staff that wants to be there, not those that feel entitled to be there.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! THEY GAVE ME A EXPIRED MEDICINES!!! THE PHARMACIST DID NOT SEEM TO CARE AT ALL FOR THEIR MISTAKES. WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT KROGERS!!!

Nothing irritates me more than reading bs reviews from people who are simply trying to be ugly. This has been "my" Kroger for over 6 year, and NEVER have I ever purchased or even seen anything expired! Unless you go when restocking is being done, I have NEVER seen a mess, and even then, it's an organized "mess." Kroger is NOT Chick-fil-A, so don't expect the employees to walk up to you with a smile on their face like you're the most beautiful being they have seen in their entire lives, offer to take you by the hand, walk you to the isle you're looking for, then tell you it was their pleasure to serve you. You're a grown ass person, open your mouth, ask for what you're looking for, and any employee will direct you, & occasionally escort you, to where you can find the item you are in search of. But wait, there's more!! If they escort you to the isle, 9 times out of 10, they will help you find your elusive item!! WOW!! Everyone is entitled to a bad day. Don't rate your entire experience on one person or one visit. This specific location is by far my favorite Kroger location, and, no, it is not the only one near me, there are 3 others within 7 minutes of me, nor do I now, or have I ever, worked for any Kroger (just pointing out that this review was not written by an employee). I'll be going back in a few hours bc I forgot 3 things on my last trip, and I got the wrong chips.

I’m annoyed.called to make sure meds ready. RepTells me it is out of stock but she can order maybe she will Have it by tomorrow. Hello, why was this already done. I called CVS across the street who had in stock. I call Kroger back and this same person says I’ll wait for them to call us. I’m done with Kroger

Best thing about Kroger being in Houston is that it provides competition to H‑E‑B. Unlike in San Antonio, HEB charges more because of little competition.My mom and I did self-checkout and the associate couldn't solve any problem. I had an issue with the keypad. The associate also scanned the water without permission. Give us a chance to scan our other items. I suspect she probably thought we were not going to scan the water. Jesus Christ, we still had other items to scan before the water.These corporations are cutting labor (less cashiers) and providing garbage service. This Kroger looks trashy on the outside and the customer service is even worse on the inside.

Yes please please whatever you do do not shop at this Kroger. I went in and bought eggs last night and the eggs expired from May 2022 WERE IN April of 2023 how is this possible they are still in business. About 70 to 80% of everything in the store is expiring within three days to a week. Please do not buy anything from the store unless you're trying to get sick they do not stop or watch their inventory. Everything in the store is ready and expired. I told the manager and he seems shocked but yet nobody is restocking the shelves everything expires in three days five days to a week unless you want to check your expiration date for everything that you purchase I recommend you shop somewhere else it's disgusting.

The pharmacy staff do their best, but there’s only 2 of them at any given time, and they’re clearly overwhelmed, especially with a Drive-Thru. Any complaints about wait times need to be taken to store managers and corporate.

Had a really bad experience heard 2 emoyees making fun of a older lady making comments on her body really rude I asked them to stop they told me to f off I'm on my break when I went in long li es and store was a mess not coming here again yuck

If I could give zero I brought flowers for Mother's Day already dead not happy spent 175$ ridiculous and then the berries I got had mold I cut into the avocado that I bought and it was brown inside I don't know what kind of quality or lack of but not happy Will not be back I guess this is why they are good prices you get what you pay for
