Excellent service. The pharmacist took the time to go through all of my vaccination records from another provider and let me know which vaccines I needed. Very professional, friendly and efficient!

Wish I could give this place less than one star. I was here with a friend of mine who is impoverished. We clearance shopped to avoid high prices and were absolutely embarrassed by Paul. There were 3 cans of buffalo beans for $.35 cent. The first can had a clearance tag the others tags were lost in the bin. He told me I had to purchase them at full price. When I showed him the sticker on the van he had just scanned he said people do things like this and he couldn't help me. Very disappointed in the treatment and the service.

Would give zero stars if I could. Managers are rude and give incorrect information. Kammy was one of the rude managers I didn't get the name of the other lady but she was there 8/13 at about 3 pm another bright lady.

This Kroger is one of the most terrible grocery stores I've ever visited!! My parents live in this area and when I go over there I tend to stop by and pick up some things for them. On at least 5 occasions there are no baskets in the front to grab from. You have to go back in the parking lot to grab one. And I swear every-time I ask them thru say "we were just about to send someone out there." What a complete joke of a store!

For my excellent supermarket, I have been doing part of my shopping there for 2 years and it was a very good pharmacy when they had other workers. Now there are several new ones and I have the worst experience. I went to pick up some medicines and a lady took care of me (I had never seen her there), she called the pharmacist to explain how I should take my medicines. Ok, everything is fine, I understood and I thank her, when I turned to leave they began to laugh I don't know what the reason was, but I think it was because of my English, which is not the best, but it hurt me and I took it as an act of racism, lack of sensitivity with the client and rudeness. Then I will write again to give you the names of these two people with a lack of culture and sensitivity. God bless you.

DONT Ever get a carpet cleaner from this location. All of them are broke and they will rent out a broken cleaner to you even though it doesn't work. This location is horrible!!!!!!!No stars at all!

This is the WORST Kroger . Very poor customer service . Seafood is NOT fresh . Meat department guy is rude and hostile . Majority of the time there's no staff assisting customers at the seafood or meat department . There's no bell etc to ring for service . Management does not address issues nether is there any improvement .

I've mostly only used their curbside option, and honestly it has been not so great. First, their app is challenging to use, in my opinion, compared to some of the other grocery store apps. I know that isn't This Kroger's doing, but still wanted to mention in. In their parking lot, they have free pickup signs. Well, whenever I did pickup here I'd be charged. I also had to stop selecting "allow substitution," because one time they were out of the meat I wanted which was $5 and instead subbed it with a $19 meat! I couldn't believe it. Usually subs are made with something similar and if there isn't something similar, they let you know it's out of stock. $19 is a big difference to $5. My order got messed up another time, and I tried finding the customer service to reach out to, which was really difficult I might add. They gave me store credit as opposed to a refund, which I would've preferred a refund. In order to do pickup you also have to order a minimum number of things. If you don't have enough items, you won't be able to do pickup. The last time I attempted to make an order some items were out of stock and so they ended up cancelling my whole order. That was it for me. I loved the produce but all of this just is not worth it. Nor do I like running into this location due to it always being so crowded.

I watched this store being built back in the '80's and I've been shopping there ever since. Sadly, I've watched it slowly decline to the somewhat miserable place it is today. On Nextdoor it's referred to as Ghetto Kroger and that pretty much fits, especially in the parking lot where all kinds of krap is usually going on. Today, Kroger, it was your turkey. Store brand (big mistake). NO GIBLETS and no pop up timer and both were mentioned in the packaging. Mama was so disappointed because she didn't get her giblet gravy (gross). Yes HEB is far superior in every category, but ding dangit Kroger is so close!

I went to Kroger this morning' to get " fresh" fruit so they say' I came home to only find out when I wanted to eat my fruit' I had MOLD AT THE BOTTOM OF IT!! This is nasty as f**** Iv try to call and speak with manager but I keep getting put on hold tf y'all are so unprofessional!

Save your self some time if you choose they drive up option. I literally sat for 20 mins waiting for my order to arrive. The workers have no hustle, they stroll out like they have nothing to do. Just go to H.E.B, you'll get much better service.

Nothing wrong with the inside but the parking lot is a mess. It's covered with cracks and lifted chunks of wood that stop carts and cause people to fall over, and I have the bruises to prove it. Luckily when I fell the bag boys who were pushing carts back came and helped me up

This Kroger Pharmacy is extremely helpful. They work hard to get you the best price on meds. I went to Walgreens for meds a few months ago and they were priced 3 times higher and their staff was not friendly . Rachael was very helpful. Will definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
