Great service, I've tried several other pharmacy's only to be disappointed. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and Veterans, you can count on the same persons taking care of your prescription.

This Kroger pharmacy has the worst customer service. They’re not very friendly and sometimes rude and take too long.
Their pharmacist (Asian guy) is not very helpful and kind of unfriendly. Even their staff members are pretty much same way. Sometimes they don’t answer their phone and even hang up on you. The only reason I switched to this location was because it was closer to my work but it’s disappointing and hate I don’t have a choice. I hope they will consider and value my feedback for some improvement.

When I came to the pharmacy to give refill order, the pharmacy tech informed me that there is no refill and it ended in last october, 2024. But I informed him that I picked up refill medication with my new prescription in January 3rd, 2025 but he argued with me and refused to provide any refill and eventually I had to bring the medication bottle that had a label that showed the date of pickup and also more refills to go then he mentioned that I transferred my refill prescription out of Kroger. Finally with the intervention of the pharmacist it was found that this Kroger pharmacy transferred my refill prescription to another location without the permission of the patient. So, this is a nightmare for a patient who depends on life support medication!

The tech Emad was searching through my profile. Came up with this ridiculous high price. On my medications. I don't like him waiting on me he doesn't know what he's doing. And he was hiding my profile from me !!! Leave your personal opinion at the door. Work on good customer service!!! Thank you Emad

This pharmacy is awful. My antidepressants have been on back order for days and the Restock ETA keeps getting pushed back. They didn’t even bother to contact any other Kroger pharmacies to try to get it AND they wouldn’t transfer my rx to another pharmacy. I had to do their legwork, and found a place that had it in stock. Really, mood stabilizers shouldn’t be brushed off. Needless to say, Kroger employs pharmacists that don’t really care about their job or their customers and I won’t return.

I have been using the Kroger Pharmacy for 15 years and they have always been helpful and courteous. I have also received many vaccinations there. Always a good experience. I read some of the negative reviews and it appears to me that some people are virtually impossible to please.

Yesterday I called to ask a question and the person who answered me was very unpleasant, he told me that he did not understand my English simply because I have an accent since my first language is Spanish, he told me to call another day so that someone who speaks Spanish would answer me and he hung up the phone on me
