I rarely have any problems here. The techs are helpful, the pharmacy manager is on top of things and an intelligent guy. My experience over the last 8 years has been 92% positive.

I have a monthly prescription that has a 7 day window (due to certain tests needing to be performed to receive it). Over the last three months, I have only been able to get my prescription ONCE within the window that I need.
Both of the other months, I received several calls letting me know that my prescription was not in stock, but had been ordered with an arrival date well within the window. For TWO out of the three months I’ve used this pharmacy, I found out after my 7 day window closed that my prescription was never ordered, even with all my tests being in order for the month.
I’ve had this prescription for some time and have never had issues at any other pharmacy. Thanks to this one, I’ve had to get my tests done again on two occasions because the pharmacy doesn’t order my meds and doesn’t call me to tell me they aren’t ordering them either or to troubleshoot any issues. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They should be paying for the extra testing I’m having to do.

The pharmacist Adrian Parks is very kind and professional. He helped me save money and he even helped another customer who was having trouble finding otc meds. I work in the medical field and we do not see a lot of people that are as kind as he is especially in this time and age. Thanks again for the help. Will keep getting my meds from this pharmacy, also their hours are so convenient for me.

I don't care for the atmosphere. They don't have much and some of the employees are rude.

12/5/22(1245)I don't generally complain but the pharmacist on today is extremely rude. I called regarding a prescription and he went on a tirade about how state just visited this location and he was not going to be filling certain prescriptions. As a healthcare professional, I understand protecting your license and 100% support his decision. But his attitude is deplorable. It got to the point where I just interrupted him and told him its fine. Which is was. I wasn't argumentative or confrontational with the gentleman. Maybe it was a tough day but all that hostility was unnecessary.If you don't enjoy customer service, maybe consider inpatient pharmacy where your interaction are minimized because your attitude is gross.

The pharmacist has the ego of a king and the brains of a ostrich. Not a great combo. We consulted him for a medication for a flu and he gave us the same meds we were taking with extra strength. When I tried to ask him about a different med, he was upset I was questioning his expertise. He did not have time for me and was rude about it. He proceeded to say, "all antihistamines make you drowsy" and he was insistent on it. Truly wonder where he got his education from. Please hire people with more intelligence.

Would give zero star if option. Save your self the time and frustration, do not do business here. Used the same doctor for years, had my prescriptions sent to Walgreens with no problem. As soon as I switched to this Kroger pharmacy, they would not fill my prescription. Three times had my prescription sent from my doctor with a receipt, every time I'd go to pick it up, they would say they they never received it.

The staff, particularly the manager Adrian, are extremely caring. They remember me and make me feel comfortable. They are helpful and non-judgmental.

Hours posted on their website are not correct. I stopped 3 different times they were closed so I went 2 days without my meds. Great pharmacy for people who don't work.

Denied service to a workers comp. prescription because “service was down”. I’ve worked in retail long enough to understand the meaning of that.Customer service is about going above and beyond any customers expectation no matter what kind of client you receive. To deny services just “because” is not a good enough reason.Really disappointing service!
