Kroger sucks. No matter which store you go to, they customer service is just terrible. They had one lane open, 7 people waiting to check out in the self check out line, and the staff members are just standing there, looking at what's going on, talking amongst themselves. Ok, y'all don't get paid to stand there and talk about situations, y'all get paid to handle them. I asked when I first walked in where the beer and wine was. The lady said 21. Lol. Not even close. For everyone looking where the beer and wine is, it's on the farrrrrr right when you walk in. I honest to God hate Kroger. Every. Single. One.

If your toilet is out of service that's understandable, toilets break. Especially in shitty stores like this one. But if I come in with my teeth obviously floating and you send me all the way into the back to a broken restroom, don't be alarmed when I dribble pee pee from the back of the store to the front.

I want to share how please I was with my last three visits to Kroger at 13133 Veterans Memorial. The bakery is alway 1st class and Rita is our favorite bakery staff persons for custom Cakes and Custom Cup Cakes and at prices I can afford. My review this time is to share how pleased I am to find Black Skin, Colored Christmas Decor. It was a complete joy to find Black Nut Crackers and especially some that are Santa's and the paint and quality are amazing. And this week they are 50% off. So if you are decorating for Christmas this year and looking to add African American Christmas Decor, be sure to include Kroger.

We stopped coming to this Kroger's a long time ago. (We travel a ways but end up getting better quality, more of a selection and a nicer staff.) It's only a stop if we are in a pinch for an item or two. However, the people of this community need this grocery store here. If you hold a job here, be thankful by being helpful to the population that shops here. I read a lot of the reviews, I agree with some of them, something's just can't be helped. I also must admit, nearly all staff I've encountered has been nice and helpful. This Kroger's re-did their floors, looks nice! Corporate/management is trying to give it a different feel. They've moved around their floral department and are on top of keeping their selection of produce fresh. Next time you shop there, view it with a different eye. Have a great rest of your week!

I really would like to commend Liz. She is always very helpful and friendly when I come to pick up my prescriptions! I have never had any major problems with this pharmacy. I shop at Kroger and this location is close to my house, so I use the pharmacy here for the convenience. Sometimes there is a wait, sometimes not. Never more than 10 minutes. I feel like this pharmacy could use more staff during peak hours - sometimes there is only 1 pharmacist there to assist the customers waiting in line inside and also outside at the pick-up window. Not fair to them or the customers.

This location is horrid. Everything from the aesthetics to the staff. It looks like a store out of the Brady bunch with the old school walls and aisles. The produce is iffy and I have never had to bag my own stuff at a Kroger especially while the cashier is chatting it up with another employee. Won't be going to this location again.

So we contacted this Kroger to find out about our order being ready that was sent to them at 2:10pm. We were told at 5:30pm that it is found in their system…They had not done it yet and would be ready in 30 minutes. We were also told that one of the two prescriptions would not be ready till the following day at noon. No problem and we told them we would just pick up the both the following day. So again we came for both prescriptions this time and come to find out there is an issue with how one prescription was prescribed. It is 6:30pm and no call to us about this issue. They have our contact info. Even worse, the other prescription was not even done. Something that could have easily been fixed by contacting us and if the Dr office is not responding to the pharmacy. We will make something happen. Very disappointed in this pharmacy. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

This store screwed me over on my Prom day , I made an order through phone call and the customer service seemed so efficient , oh how wrong I was I went today to pick up my boutonnière and corsage for my girlfriend just so they can tell me the lady I called probably didn't write it down. Now i'm stuck with out the flower to my outfit. All they could say was " sorry we don't have it". Glad I didn't spend my money on this cruddy location.
