This is a pretty big kroger. It's way cleaner than the close H-E-B. There is the bakery, deli, dairy, and fresh produce, and regular store item isles.

This will definitely be last time using this pharmacy. The pharmacist (today7:41pm) automatically assumed my insurance would be be substandard and stated he would apply his discount for $8. I told him my insurance would cover the prescription; he responded I’m sure it will be more than our discount. At that point I told him that my co-pay would only be $4. From the start of our interaction he was condescending and rude. Maybe because I was wearing sweatpants who knows. Moving forward I’ll stick to Walgreens. Never judge a book by its cover! If possible, I would give 0 stars. They advertise steak and then don't have any; that can happen, but at least apologize and try to substitute something else. When I asked about that, a manager named Gonzo (!) was so rude. No apology, no effort to give any customer service. When I filled out my survey and requested to be contacted, never heard a word from anyone. HEB and Randall's just scored a customer. So much for trying to support a neighborhood business.

No one here is helpful. Came here for a money gram and the cashier tells me that they don't do it here even though just last week I did, all the signs say they do. I already had to call them from the back to assist me since the cashier was sitting to the side. I believe they just didn't know how or didn't want to do it.

So I stop by the grocery store to pick up some peanuts and bananas for my dad at the late night snack. Found the peanuts easy enough as always, but when I went to the banana section and I was interested in grabbing the on sale organic bananas come to find out the organic bananas, and the conventional/generic bananas were the exact same, I worked at a grocery store before and even if you're out of organic bananas or conventional bananas, you shouldn't mix where you put both of them. Just saying someone not paying attention may grab what they think are organic bananas but I really D conventional bananas and be spending $.12 more like I said they were on sale but still it's like come on bro just leave the shelf empty

This neighborhood pharmacy is a hidden gem.The best, most efficient and caring staff. Going there for years. Awesome manager and assistant manger. Doesn’t waste my time and prepare my medicine in timely manners.

Went into the store to do an Instacart order and during self checkout one of the employees there kept hovering over me and watching my every move. She kept rearranging my items, watching my basket after I expressed I didn't need assistance. At one point she stood right beside me watching me scan my items, then she kept asking if I scanned this and that. I had to eventually show her my receipt so she could leave me alone after I got fed up. I was extremely uncomfortable and she made me feel like I was stealing or something. This is the closest Kroger to my house, but now I avoid this location because of my experience. Yes it's ur job to make sure people aren't stealing, but to pick on one person without any valid suspicion is wrong and that's how y'all lose customers. Y'all need better customer service.

Just bought this simple truth plant based queso dip today. Unfortunately after eating over half I glanced at the expiration date and see it's almost three months out of date. The bad thing is they have it discounted and still didn't see it was expired. Guess it's my fault for not checking the date. Wondering have sick this will make me.

Too many bad experiences with this store. Several times I've made a purchase and was overcharged because of an item misplaced or because of an expired ad. They dont like to admit fault after me showing proof they messed up. Never coming back.
