I called first and made an appointment for Covid vaccination and flue shot online for 6pm on May 23. After driving 30 min to Kroger pharmacy and arriving in time two pharmacists working there made me wait for 20 min cause they said they were busy. After they finally paid attention to me and asked what I’m there for. The pharmacist told me they don’t have a flue shot , they said Covid Vaccine only. Since I already was there I decided to do the Covid vaccine. The pharmacist ask me for my insurance and unfortunately I don’t have and right after I let her know I don’t have insurance she said they don’t have Covid Vaccine either. What kind of behavior is it? Rotten meat... rotten attitudes. I have been shopping here for the better part of 30 years and they have gone WAY down hill in recent years. As soon as you walk into the meat section, you can smell that something just isn't right... plus the management has no control of there staff. Today I forgot something in the middle of being checked out and I told the checker that I would be right back with another item and she was welcome to serve the next customer. Less than two minutes later I returned to find a sacker returning my items to the shelves.. When I questioned the two about the situation, the accosted with foul language and ghetto attitude and refused to apologize. I will never shop here again, there are several other superior grocery options close by including HEB and Randall's. Steer clear of this place!

Down to earth friendly employees at this Kroger Store on Post Oaks and Bellfort. I am here a couple of times already.

Worst service all the way and racist. We were in line behind someone who was also waiting at the pharmacy. And the lady with box braids and she was also black she greeted and gave service first to a white lady who came after us. That’s soo unfair and embarrassing for her to be treating people like that. Us customers need a better service at the pharmacy. Or hire or people who really want a job or to work.

Still the worst pharmacy with the rudest staff I’ve been to. They knew I was waiting on my prescription. And it has been filled for 20 minutes before I had to wait for 5 minutes to be waited on. By one of the three staff members and I was the only customer.

I have not cared for this store since the flood but it's gotten really bad I'm sorry to say if you're not black don't go there no store person will back you up help you in anyway I was jumped by a black woman at the cashier stand and they try to blame it on me they don't want money they want these people that don't pay sales taxes and hast to write down everything they buy our food stamp people they do not want regular customers that come in with cash the stores dirty and the people that go there and work there are just as dirty I will never step foot in this store again it's not safe

I bought an item on Sunday that had an expiration date of April. That is three months past the expiration date. I was so hungry, I ate some before I read the package. I hope I don't get sick .

Want to get all of your stuff jacked from your car? Go here. Great place to get robbed in the parking lot. Kroger doesn't care at all. Just want to charge overly high prices and rob your wallet as well. Go somewhere with actual security and avoid this place for your own safety.

The pharmacy staff is totally incompetent, rude and sadly trasphobic. If you are an LGBTQ patient good luck getting treated there with respect. They messed up my HRT prescription and to add insult to injury after I complained and asked to speak with the the manager, he addrESS me as SIR...even as he look on my presumption name as a FEMALE!!! Horrible experience !!! I DONT SHOP AT KROGER AT ALL NOW AND NEVER WILL!!! THEY ARE IDIOTS!!!
