Terrible service I always wait 6 hours to pick up the medication and we always have one and the other will be ready in 30 minutes...I go in an hour and again 10 more minutes

Always an extremely long wait for pickup of prescriptions because i feel they dont fill them until you show up even tho they notify you theyre ready, its always something here. Idk if its this location or what but aint ever been here less than 30min even when im the only one here!!

I switched to Kroger pharmacy for me and my two kids who are both special needs and so far it’s been a great experience.. staff is really helpful and polite.. so happy I switched:)

Went here to get some needles for a friend visiting, Women working the register asked what she could do for me and I told her I was there for needles for insulin for a friend she asked me what gauge and I told her all I knew was "short" needles. She then said she needed to see a prescription for the insulin, when a friend of mine that suggested I go there had just gone there and bought some needles without a picture of a prescription (and who the hell walks around with a picture of their prescription!!!!) nothing, no questions asked the friend told me! I assume the women working the register thought I was a drug addict because I have tattoos! Nevertheless she wouldn't sell me the needles!!!! She was very rude!!! I wouldn't suggest going here for a damn thing!!!!! I'm going to tell everyone I know not to do so!!!!!

I came in for a covid vaccine shot with my appointment made shows up early but on time still had to wait 2 hours while the 3 pharmacist where in the back walking around and talking on there phones and giggling like high school kids and rather socialize about there life rather then work great job Walgreens!!! Horrible customer service

If you live in the area then you know that this Kroger is a hit and miss with their fruit/ vegetable selection but otherwise a fair selection.My frustration is with the seafood customer service . There is never anyone readily available, and when they walk up to the counter it's if you are truly bother them from their break !Today i went to get some fish and shrimp . The tall, impolite monotone guy behind the counter basically asked " what ya getting " ... weighed it..wrapped it up .. put in on the counter and walked away !!! Not one word after ! I stood there in utter disbelief and disgust. We all know it's know the prices we shop a location.. it's customer service!That's why I'll continue to make a drive to HEB where they truly know what a thank you and you're welcome mean .. It's the little things !PS: there's a very sweet lady with red hair at Kroger who needs to teach some others about kindness .. she's great !

The 3 ladies here (1 pharmasict & other 2 who takes customer), they rush here there all the day & yet everytime i go, they answer very polite , very helpul, even solve problems if prescription or price has issue.The best pharmacy staff i have greet so far...specially they r fast with customer compare to cvs or wallgreen where even if there isant customer, you have to wait long .I guess the bad reviews is old staff, in 2021 & jan 2022 the staff is best

I had an appointment with time schedule for covid vaccine and flu shot. Even though I come on time but still waiting 40 minutes and they keep said before me have 2 more. I saw 2 pharmacist just walked around inside. Even though you are scheduled it but you still wait an hour. Wasted my time here
