I switched to Kroger pharmacy for me and my two kids who are both special needs and so far it’s been a great experience.. staff is really helpful and polite.. so happy I switched:)

Always quick to answer phone and also questions....unlike CVS where you get placed on eternal Ignore.and get treated rudely.

Prescriptions are never ready as promised. Went to the doctor and had my meds called in and then called in myself they said that they would be ready in thirty minutes and when I got there still had to wait. I really was sick and needed my meds so I waited but will not be going back. Sorry customer service.
