In the past, best care practices weren't followed in 2 of the 3 League City locations, which leaves patients vulnerable to consequences, which could be severe. Hopefully now that welfare recipient pharmacist has left better outcomes will occur.

They could care less if you are sick. I’ve gone to them for many years now and I am officially fed up with their service. I currently have the flu and told them I need the medication for Tamiflu ASAP. It’s currently 2:30 and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until closer to closing time because there are other people ahead of me....well I don’t see anyone else waiting in the parking lot or drive thru like I am with a 102 temperature waiting to get medication. If you don’t want your family to continue to stay sick I would NOT go here. I will be changing pharmacies.

You can schedule a COVID vaccine online and they have walk-in vaccine service on a supply basis.

Worst service and discourteous staffs. I’ve requested so many times not to send prescription request to a doctor who is no more my pcp since 2019 and still they send prescription requests to the same doctor. I couldn’t know about it until I run out of medication and I have to call my pcp only to learn they never received the request. When I called them to ask why they do this mistake even after my repeated request to correct it in their system they just hung up on me.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing time (I know). I waited and it should be quick to just pick up my prescription (they’ve had it since 3pm and I had already called to express that I was going to pick it up same day). My presence was finally acknowledged at 8pm only to tell me it was not ready and to come back in the morning. Could’ve just told me right when I got there and I would’ve gladly left but that was so rude. The technician stayed on the phone and pharmacist just walked back and forth, pretending I wasn’t there for 15 straight minutes. The pharmacist was 1st going to just pull down the window blind (he reached) to close but then didn’t proceed to pull it down. So I guess he found it in his heart to acknowledge me and ask me for my date of birth. Don’t send your prescriptions here. We’re people that are not feeling well enough as it is, we don’t need to be treated like that.
