Her name is Tiera, she had very poor customer service (I say this with great authority since I do the same job), I gave her two coupons and a Kroger card, she didn't use any of the discounts, she gave me a medication that I haven't asked for 8 months, and it was extremely intolerable to the fact that I could hardly hear her through the window (making angry and grumpy faces), but her face changed completely when a different girl came to talk to her, in Personally, if she comes back to see me, I will ask someone else the next time I go to pick up medication.

If I could give this place a 0 I totally would. This Kroger is a joke. They make up their own sales to purchase items. They have false advertisement and do not honor sales ads. They act like anything is coming out of their pocket or if it affects their paycheck. I had stopped shopping here 5 years ago and decided to give it another try tonight and they are still the same joke. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT at its finest don't shop here

Very bad service, the recipe was sent from 11 in the morning and I open to pick up at 4 and they are working on it. I come back at 6 in the afternoon and still working on it. Also, the person who answered my phone was very rude and told me When I have it ready we will know but how we were going then you will know what time or when it will be ready

The store has incredible discounts on all its merchandise. You just have to ask for a card from the store and they will give it to you.

This Kroger is nearest my home. I shop here only when I have to . I was robbed a few years ago, but I am trying to go here. I just shop here for only the things I need. They are now starting to carry a few vegan options. I like that they mark down veggies frequently. But I find it interesting that they don't sell mask like they do in Pearland, Texas. and they are required in Houston. My favorite store is the McHard store it has the best vegan options on today I have been to 3 Kroger's, but I am going mom the best dinner possible.

I called my prescription in at 1pm, then came in at 7pm to pick it up and it still wasnt ready. Had to wait an additional 30 mins to get my meds. Worst customer service ever please dont go here

Larryette is so rude and shouldn't be working there, got upset because I gave her 3 goodrx discount codes which saved me $3 to $5 per prescription, told me to step aside while she helped 2 other people that were behind me. When I pointed out she was rude, she refused to help me and the manager had to come input the codes in the system, why do you hire miserable people like her? I can only imagine how she treats the elderly and Hispanics.
