I recently switched my pharmacy service from the HEB pharmacy across the street to Kroger, and the difference in customer service is astonishing. I was deeply frustrated by the lack of empathy and customer focus at my previous pharmacy, but my experience at Kroger has completely restored my faith in quality pharmaceutical care.
On the morning of October 16th, my doctor sent a prescription over at 8:00 AM. By 10:00 AM, the Kroger pharmacy had already notified me that they had received the order and it would be ready shortly, fantastic turnaround time!
When I called to check on the order, I spoke with the Pharmacist, Abid Ghafoor. I mentioned my order wasn't ready yet, but he immediately told me to go ahead and come in, assuring me he would have it ready by the time I arrived. Crucially, he could hear me coughing over the phone and knew instantly that I needed my inhaler due to my asthma.
This moment of proactive care and genuine listening made all the difference. The entire process was easy and quick. I felt that the staff truly listened and cared about me as a customer. This level of service is precisely what was missing elsewhere. I will absolutely be using this Kroger Pharmacy for all my future needs. Highly, highly recommend!

The pharmacy manager Quoc is an abhorrent racist. My prescription had previously been filled at this location multiple times (by other pharmacists there). He refused to fill my prescription because my doctors office isn’t in the immediate vicinity of the pharmacy. He admitted that the “policy” is not written nor is it clearly defined “proximity” is subject to his person judgement on the case by case basis.

Thank you so much for making this beautiful cake for my mother's 70th birthday! I added the cake topper and other decorations. The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it to look and it tasted delicious! Thank you to the bakery department! 8-26-23

Patrick that works at the 528 Kroger in Webster Tx for self checkout was rude and he needs to be nicer to old people who don't understand or are having trouble with the machines

Curbside Is Awesome but the Kroger App is a Huge Disappointment!!! On line clipped coupons are never subtracted from my online orders, and I've made sure they were clipped!! Corporate needs to correct this. Watch your totals.

I have always shopped at Krogers they say their fruit is always very fresh and it is true ,but it's tasteless because it's to green and i like my fruit to be tasty ,so my fruit i will buy at another store.

This Kroger is a great, standard-issue grocery store. Everything is usually stocked including seasonal items. The staff is always cordial. I have heard one lady who stocks the seasonal aisle (wears glasses) is incredibly rude to customers sometimes, but I have never personally had an experience with her. Otherwise, all my experiences with my boyfriend here are great. The pharmacist at the pharmacy is also awesome. Would recommend!

Great Customer Service at the Buffalo Speedway location. There was a mistake with a medicine on my doctor's side, and the pharmacy was very helpful and patient. Then a medicine was on backorder and the manager Mr Quoc was kind and efficient to call out other Kroger pharmacies to ask if they could fill out my prescription, saving me time and headaches. Thank you!

Do not call Lynn or take your prescriptions here. I only do when I’m desperate and it’s always a horrible experience regardless. The pharmacist lied to you and they sometimes steal your prescriptions. The pharmacist that are there now Kelly and Shubha are incompetent and a waste of time, but there was another man who stole one of my tramadol prescriptions when I had a surgery earlier this year. I keep meaning to report him to the state, but he said that he threw away one of my extra tramadol prescriptions that I gave him after first denying that I even gave him 2. Luckily, I took pictures of my prescriptions, and that’s when he finally admitted to “throwing it away”. I just wanted is accounted for on my profile. Don’t go here. For your prescriptions at least.
