Lost one of my prescriptions and then gave me attitude when I asked about it. Still don't have my medication and it's been days.
Go somewhere else.

This Kroger pharmacy never has any medication I need in stock, and it takes days up to a week if not more sometimes to order it and receive it. I am literally suffering while I am without medication and they do not seem to care, not even an apology. I do not know who to complain to about this, so I'm complaining here. Their supply chain logistics have got to improve. Other Kroger pharmacy locations I've been to have been wonderful.

Do not use curbside at this location. I have yet to have an order fulfilled correctly and have to wait extremely long periods of time to get my order. And if you call, no one answers. I have gotten home on three separate occasions with missing items. They either make you drive back to the store to correct their mistake or offer you a refund (which never comes).

I always go to kroger to get my groceries. It's definitely worth your time to get a kroger reward card so that you get the card prices! Sometimes they have by 5 save $5 mix and match which is nice when you're buying different things but want the deal. The store is clean for the most part, checkers are usually friendly as are the produce and meat/ seafood guys. Only complaint is there should be 1 checker for every lane, or at least 1 for every 2 lanes to switch lanes and assist. They're not usually super packed as HEB is on any given day, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you have the kroger app you can also take advantage of scanning the QR code for instant coupons posted on some products which is great! Would definitely recommend grocery shopping here!

This Kroger meat and fish department CONSTANTLY disappoints. I can walk to this Kroger and would love to shop here but after countless disappointments I'll take the car and drive the extra mile to go to HEB. After walking to Kroger these were my white fish options at 5pm on Monday Feb 13. I walked home and drove to HEB to get some cod filets. The worker did offer to thaw some filets out after I asked about them but mentioned it would take a little while and I didn't have the time. .Given the one filet in their cooler was as thick a piece of notebook paper I left and walked home. I drove to HEB where I found exactly what I was looking for.

My coworker and I came here to get some treats for my coworker who didn't say it was his birthday until it was an hour into the shift. If he would have said something before we would have had something prepared. This Kroger is so clean and well organized! It has a wonderful Starbucks in it. We ended up getting balloons (to embarrass him), plates, knives, and forks since we ordered his favorite wings from Wingstop. Now, I love grocery store cakes better than cakes from bakeries cause I'm weird. Let me tell you! That cake was a white cake with butter cream and they put happy birthday inserts into it which is great because I would have been so nervous to write on the cake. The cake was SO good! So moist and flavored well. It was a bit too sweet but definitely worth the purchase! I will go for sure to buy cakes for any other co worker. I don't remember the price of the cake but all of my purchases together didn't cost us too much. What a great organized Kroger! It's been so long since I've been in one. I usually go to HEB or Central Market. Fiesta at times. This Kroger is great! I'll be back!

Very rude and unprofessional staff today October 6, 2022 in the check out self service line at 3:45. On the phone texting or snap chatting or tick-tock I had to get her attention to do the ID procedure, not hello how are you just walk up scan her ticket and turn around and walk away after I tried to say hi thank you nothing no response the two security guards standing at the end they were on their phones and they were just cackling back-and-forth between each other that's not Security.

Since COVID this location has went completely down hill, like off a cliff! There are NEVER buggies inside and this time TWO employees were sitting down where the buggies should be doing nothing!!! The one biggie inside and available had a broken wheel! The store was practically empty and I should realize this ago go to the HEB down the street when there are always buggies and plenty of friendly check out staff to get you out of the store quickly! This is UNLIKE Kroger where there is one full service lane open and the Fuckers expect you to do their job for them and go through self checkout! Only to find machine that are frozen and a line of 10 people waiting. WORTHLESS STORE

ON 9/5/22 @ 8:30pm I went to register 15 at the kroger on 1440 Studemont St, Houston, TX 77007. The cashier and security guard we carrying on a long drawn out conversation with 2 customers in front of me. I didn't say anything while the customer was there because it was not their fault that the cahier and security guard were talking. here's my issue, the cashier would scan, stop and talk. this register was the ONLY one open minus the self check outs. But I had too much stuff to go through the self checkout. yes the customers also had lots if items but the issue is the conversations were slowing down the cashier. I heard the cashier ask the customers ( a husband and wife) if they had kids. they said no and she ( the cashier said- I have 3 kids , you shouldn't have kids. the conversation was so long and inappropriate. they even started talking about strippers. and the male customer says " oh we know what she ( the cashier) will be doing later" and the security guard said " you have to do what you have to do" This conversation slowed down the transaction so much that I looked back and there were 3 other customers waiting in line. The cashier never looked our way, never tried to hurry up. she purposely went slow . Here is the real issue: when I FINALLY was able to get checked out, the cashier seemed annoyed that I actually waiting to get checked out . I asked the security guard if he was the security guard there and he started to argue with me saying he was doing his job. I told him that I hope nothing bad is happening in the other side of the store while he's standing here at the register slowing down the cashier while having these long drawn out conversations. he actually told me I wasn't allowed to come back to the store. He told me " God bless you I don't want to here anything from

I was at the store on 8-29-22 doing my grocery shopping and went to the deli department to get some pastrami sliced for sandwiches. The lady working the deli sliced the pastrami then with the meat still sitting out on the slicer. She decided to clean the slicer and surrounding area instead of bagging my pastrami and giving it to me. So she walks over to a rolling garbage can sticks her hand into the can and pulls it back to the meat slicer. Then get a bottle of spray cleaner sprays down the slicer AND sprays right next to my meat. Then grabs the pastrami WITH THE SAME GLOVES she grabbed the garbage can and wiped up the area with. I told her to keep the meat and walked off. She NEEDS to take a course in how to handle meats. I was disgusted.
