I had a horrible experience with the manager today, similar to another review on here. Staff and groomers are all wonderful and friendly. The manager is unnecessarily rude to customers who ask if a bathroom is available for public use. I do think a store this size should have one available, which is within nobody's control within the store. My issue that I'm taking up is strictly with the manager and his attitude. His attitude was abhorrent and completely out of proportion in response to a simple, polite question. I will not return while this manager is present, and will go somewhere else to get groomed or a different Natural Pawz location, such as River Oaks, where I have never been met with disrespect by staff nor the manager. This is a shame because my dog did seem to get along quite well with her groomer, and this location is more convenient for me, but so be it.

Always went here, but it's changed under new ownership. Popped in today to buy about $70 worth of cat food. I asked if I could use the restroom, and the very sweet clerk said they didn't have one for public use. I really, really, had to pee and told her so. She went and talked to the manager or owner, who came out and told me the same thing. He was rude. I'm 63 and a polite person. I paid for my stuff and politely told him I wouldn't be back. That's just not the way to treat regular customers.

We get our dog, Ryan, groomed and bathed here, and Ashley did a fantastic job with him. She is so attentive and great with our dog so he has a wonderful grooming experience. She also talked us through our options and recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Ashley is again my hero! Very professional, excellent groomer but obviously loves our baby Lacey. I hand her over and this is what she looks like! No stress, happy puppy! The young salesperson at the counter (didn't catch her name) was also very professional, and she knew my dog's name upon pickup plus gave a sample of a food I was looking at. Both are excellent representatives for your company. My thanks to both of you! I've already booked my next appt.

Since the Natural Pawz/Krisers buyout/consolidation, this store has basically no inventory or brand variety anymore. Used to love both this store (formerly Krisers) and the Natural Pawz on 19th. Now I’m stuck ordering from Chewy as my only option. Would love to have a viable option for pet supplies in the Heights again!

Three stars are for the friendly staff and groomers. They are the only reason we return to this store, and it’s strictly for nail appointments. Since Natural Pawz took over, they are not carrying several products due to their poor dealings with vendors in the past. Nulo, Fromm, No-Hide, Petcurean, and several other brands are still not available on their shelves. These are all essential recipes that any reputable natural and holistic pet stores should always have in stock. Had Natural Pawz not grown too quickly and greedily, I truly believe they would still have a niche market. It’s a shame. I hope this is remedied immediately. I’ll change this review once it is.

As GSP owners, grooming is not a regular thing for us. But we are keeping my mom's giant Golden-doodle Bingo for the next year and, as doodle people know, grooming is a necessity. Yelped places around & this was a location that popped up and after reading the positive reviews, decided to give it a try. Bingo was pass due for a groom so he needed a lot of cleanup. Ashley was ready as soon as we arrived and went over the entire process. I expected him to be there all day like he used to when mom took him to Petsmart, but he was ready within just a couple hours! Ashley went over his entire appointment and pointed out any areas she noticed that we need to keep an eye on, which is great for us as we are not familiar with this breed on a day to day basis. Bingo was very happy with his new doo and he smells and feels incredible. I found the price much cheaper than expected for a dog of his size. We will definitely be setting him up on a regular appointment schedule with Ashley to keep him healthy and happy. I dohave a before pic, but trust me he looked like a muppet that had been left in the dirt for days! Now... he looks like a happy show dog!

Unreliable groomers that always cancel my appointment. This last one lead me to believe there is a management issue going on at that place. I do not recommend this place anymore.

Super friendly, helpful and my dog loves picking her own treats. The dog wash station comes in handy after a day at the dog park and they have all the supplies you'll need!

Felix is the reason I keep going back!! He is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and beyond helpful! If you want to speak with an expert about your dog's food, this is the place! Give Felix a raise and please don't ever let him go..
