Worst experience of shopping from Komal’s! The owner of this business needs to learn some manners to deal with his customers. Living in the US, specially those small desi businesses who are selling a Kurti or dress worth Rs. 3500 approx $10 to 12 for $75 should know that his customers are NOT fools and should give them the ease of exchange and return on no conditions.I have NOT met a more disrespectful person as a salesman in my whole life! I would never recommend my friends or family to go there!!

The owner needs to learn some manners and should know how to deal with the customers. If one is looking at clothes he is looking secretly and in a wierd way as what customers are doing with clothes. Obviously one has to see them in detail before buying. We come for shopping, not listening his old success stories (J.J) and other shops bad things. He is self praised and thinks his competitors as losers. You aren't supposed to tell customers about others. Do what you good at and let your customers decide.

The owner was very disrespectful and didn’t know how to deal with customer. I believe he used to work for J.dot and he was kicked out for the same reason. He needs to learn how to talk to customer maybe he does the same with his wife and kids. He has a very abusive attitude.

The first time went to the store and was happy to see toddlers' size desi clothes but with limited inventory. The store was not busy at that moment, which helped me look around quickly. The owner, I think her name is Naveera, was very kind with her guidance and suggestions. I was only looking for young kids' clothes size 2 years to 3 years. The things I liked, unfortunately, the size was not available, but I decided to buy a few sets. Like other desi businesses, price tags were missing, so I hesitated to pick up the clothes. The person who was helping me said, don't worry about the prices, we will manage, I looked at her, and she seemed sincere, so I told her I was more interested in the one she didn't have the size available. She said these are very nice and again she will give me reasonable prices. She took all my stuff to the counter, and usually, the person who helped likes to write down the invoice so they know what customers' needs were. When I went to the counter, there was this gentleman. I am sure the owner greeted me and started questions like is this my first visit, where I am from etc., now. Macy's or target will not ask you for personal things, so enjoy might it last. My sales lady was standing next to him packing the stuff. After a long conversation, I held the bag and rushed out because I got late for the second appointment. I came home and checked. I was charged a completely unknown amount (no price tag items), and no discount was provided from the sales personas promised. Yes, it's my fault. I should have checked my receipt before leaving the store, so I called them and asked for the same person who could help me. So I asked her what happend? She replied I didn't say anything, so she charged me full prices. I wondered what was the total cost since there were no price tags? So here is the Red Flag. If they say don't worry, we will take care of the price at the counter, do not pick the item till you know the price. I hope this can save you some frustrations.

Went there for eid clothes. The owner was extremely disrespectful and condescending. He interrupted our shopping and was talking terribly about other stores in the area. This place really needs to work on customer service and emotional intelligence.
