We had a wonderful experience yesterday purchasing some clothing items. The clerk who checked us out, Charla, was very patient as I had to add the Kohl's app on my phone to get a good discount. I did not feel rushed or nervous. She was such a delight.

I gave it two stars because the checker was delightful, but the experience was bad. You’ve removed all of the registers from the north end of the store. All of the south (now only) registers were closed to I had to stand in line behind people making returns to make my purchase. Kohl’s jacks up their prices worse than most, but it’s okay because you usual send out the 10, 20, or 30% coupons. And when I didn’t have that, the cashier had a thing to scratch off and I at least got 10%. She said Kohl’s no longer does that. This will be the end of me shopping there. Your prices are obviously marked up higher than other places, but the discount (to an extent) made up for it. Since that is now gone, so am I. ✌️

Yesterday I went into store to try and make an even exchange on an item, but didn’t have my original receipt, but tags where still attached and they lady turned me away for not having a receipt but online is says I can return without !!?! So I’m confused , I did use my kohls app and I didn’t want to use my Kohl’s cash or have it mess it up , so that is why I was like I just need to swap out. But the lady was already looking irritated when I approached the counter, And I felt like I was bothering her.

I wanted to purchase a pair of Ray Bans that were locked up so I followed the instructions with the QR code. No one ever came so I suggested to the cashier that if they wanted to sell them to move them up front so people could get assistance. He told me after putting his cell phone away that all I had to do was ask so I reminded him of the instructions. I then said i would rather spend a few hundred dollars somewhere with customer service. I was then told to have a good day sarcastically. I went to the app and clicked on provide store feedback. After explaining what happened I was told I had to call or go somewhere else to proved that feedback. I asked what was the point of having an option to proved feedback then. I was finally given a supervisor who said hello but then completely ignored the rest of the chat. It’s not like Kohl’s is an amazing store, especially this location, so I will have no issue shutting my credit card off and shopping elsewhere.
