Sally at the Eldridge in 1960 store # 0545 was very pleasant and patient with me while checking out. With so many unpleasant employees. It was refreshing to meet Sally.

First visit to Kohl's not impressed. Went into the Sephora they were low or no inventory on products I was looking for. Two associates in Store did not offer assistance too busy on cellphones or talking. I rated a 2 only because I like Sephora but will never visit that location again.

Excellent customer service everywhere: online purchase pickup, Amazon return, employees in the store, and at check out. The store was very nice, organized, and well stocked. I will definitely shop here again.

Certainly the store is very complete and they offer a variety of products. I don't give them 5 stars because sadly they use misleading and false advertising. They offer discounts and promotions that are lies and mock the customer. When I returned an Amazon product they gave me a 15% or 35% discount coupon if it was applied to the store card. I applied, I was approved and in the end they didn't even give me 5% on my purchase. That's really annoying. I have no desire to shop there again. I think I'll punch the card and that's it...!
