This is a nice store. Friendly employees and it’s clean and organized. The best time to go is right when they open, you will have the entire store to yourself. Great deals and quality merchandise. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. I didn’t even realize I had $60 in ‘Kohls Cash’ until the cashier let me know. This location is now my go-to store.

I love coming here when it's time to get my family new clothes and just to pass time because there's so much variety ? They have a lot of great deals that I can combine with the Kohl's cash we earn and if they don't have something in store, then you can easily order it online and experience a super quick and easy store pickup!

Had about $1k worth of stuff and they didn’t accept my Amazon coupon because one article of clothing was “name brand.”
So I just left everything there. I was only shopping because of the coupon which is the whole point of Kohl’s giving those coupons to begin with - to drive in business.
I’ll just buy the things online and help Kohls finally go bankrupt. ?

I've shopped at the Kohl's Meyerland store since it first opened. Sadly, over the past few years, I have noticed a deterioration in the quality and quantity of the merchandise offered as well as the untidy and unorganized appearance of the store.

Pretty common cool environment people are good. Services are good. The store is always clean. They have new stuff every now and then not a whole lot but still they do have new inventory.

Waited in line for 5 min. No one around to ring us out. Lady at return counter saw us but didn't call for back until we stood there for 5 min. When the backup arrived, she was not friendly at all. Very disappointing visit. 5/23/24 at 430 pm.

I hadn’t used my Kohls charge card in over a year and I needed some new bathroom rugs I thought my card was closed and I thought I was gonna be embarrassed I bought over 100.00 worth of merchandise and I had another payment method ready , but when I swiped my Kohl’s credit card it approved immediately, I was so happy, one thing about Kohl’s they won’t close your credit card like other credit card companies do with no activity for over a year, Kohl’s Rocks! And Then I got 20.00 in kohl cash just buying my merchandise ! Thanks Kohl’s! I am one satisfied customer!

Went looking for Jewelry and Perfume and they didn't have either. Drove all the way from Denver Harbor Area. No Kohls close by.

Carmelita and Antonio provided excellent customer service. Carmelita is very patient . Both employees are friendly and professional.

My only reason I go to Kohl's is because of the Amazon return service. I've never fallen in love with Kohl's merchandise. They always have sales, but the discounts aren't worth it. The jewelry department was nice, but the last time I was there, it was empty.
