Great guys helped me out with my truck same day, and didn’t take me to the cleaners on price. And this wasn’t just tire work had them do complete suspension drop. And they took me in at 3pm so I have to say good job. The guy that worked on my truck they called him guero

Bad service if you buy 4 tires and wheels, at least the alignment was expected to be included
I even scratched my wheels because I didn't know that the alignment is separate, I returned to them and they charged me 80 plus 60 to fix the scratch

These guys do a good job of fixing run-flat tires that get nails. $20Edit: however, their ability to follow through on already paid for work leaves much to be desired. Make sure the work is complete before you pay, otherwise it’s a hassle.

Bad service . No help after you have paid for the service. I took my 2020 Silverado in perfect condition parts on the lift went out only a month after install and I cannot get warranty parts even though the lift has 2 year warranty . Contacted manufacturer and they said the shop just has to call and it will take 2 days to get part no problem except the staff has not made the call or claim and it’s been over a month I have supporting evidence of everything . I regret doing business here

All i get is the run around been waiting on some adapters / work done and it already been 3 weeks and they still telling me the sane bs dont recomend this business to no one bad service only one that now how to do their work is scooby never goin back

Very bad experience, Victor acted very arrogant. I have been a customer of theirs at #4 for years and just because I told him that he sent me with my tires to the other store. I have highly recommended King Tire & Wheels to my friends and family, but since people like Victor do not deserve any recommendation, it is absurd that they ask for receipts when they already have you in the system. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
