My son has been at KRK since he was 12 weeks old. After 7 years, he is still happy to go. The staff is amazing!

Literally the worst place to EVER BRING YOUR CHILD!!! There’s roaches and wasps EVERYWHERE and Ms. Ann does not do her job AT ALL!!! They treat the children there so poorly and makes them wait to use the restroom. I am very disappointed with this place and it needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! If I could leave a negative out of ten review I would.

This place is horrible and has been for years there was an incident where a child’s arm was popped out of place because of horrible training, they are very disrespectful towards the staff and the parents and don’t care about anyone but them selves these are the types of people who only work because they’re getting paid not because of the children

Please DO NOT WORK HERE !!! They are very ignorant and only care about “certain people “ . They talk to some of their staff as if they are children and these are grown women. I have had many friends work here and the bad, negative things they had to say coming home everyday from work is really sickening !! How can you treat your staff like this . and if I could give zero stars I would !

PLEASE don’t subject your kids to their negligence. There’s no love here. The director isn’t passionate or caring and she has very low expectations of her teachers. We witnessed (on the cameras) a teacher throw our daughter stuffed doll (her most prized possession, she’s 1.5) at her, the teachers leave her to cry for 5+ minutes when she was new without acknowledging her and teacher picking up kids very aggressively with one arm. The teachers were walking past her, just ignoring her crying. Finally they picked her up and moved her by the other kids where she continued to cry. They never talked to her or tried to distract her. When we told the director she watched the camera footage without flinching. She told the teacher it looked bad to throw the toy at our daughter, not it was wrong and disrespectful. We also told the director they teachers were allowing free day all day and doing NONE of the promised curriculum. The director reviewed the camera and realized this was true but never apologized. Our daughter was not protected cared for or taught here. All we ask is that our baby is loved and this didn’t even kind of happen.I caution you to watch the cameras if you send your child here. You will notice the teachers rarely interact with the kids. The director holds them to a very low standard. When I asked how she was going to follow up on the way teachers were picking up kids she said she couldn’t really do anything about it besides tell the teachers to slow down.

Parents beware... the following is a personal testimony from my friend.Observations made from the Watch Me Grow Cameras:Teachers were often at the front of the room together while the students were left in the back to play on their own.For the three days my child was there, they did zero learning/activities. Students had free play the entire time, this was verified by the director who checked the cameras. When asked how she would ensure that this changed and the teachers actually follow the curriculum she told me "the best I can do is have someone check on the classroom sometimes".The teachers picked students up in an aggressive, surprising manner. Students often were unaware they were about to be picked up then they were swiftly swept off their feet. Students were picked up and carried with one arm. Students were almost thrown into their chairs and pushed quickly and tightly against the table. The director also reviewed the camera and agreed students should not have been handled in this way and this was against their training, but stated that all she could do was ask the teachers to slow down.My child was crying so a teacher threw her doll at her. It hit her and bounced to the floor, so she then had to go pick it up off the floor. It was a soft doll and it did not hurt her physically, but it is her prized possession and it was disrespected, as was she. The same teacher threw a boy's towel at him and it landed over his head, being 1.5 years old, it was a struggle for him to get it off of his head. When the director watched the video of this she seemed unphased/not surprised and did not apologize. My child was crying by the door for over five minutes. Teachers walked past her at least three times and did nothing. She had already been crying most of the morning (evident by her eyes/face being swollen/puffy/red when she was picked up). Eventually, a teacher picked her up and placed her by the other kids and made no effort to console her. She continued to cry until my husband arrived to pick her up.

I am so grateful for Kids R Kids ! They take wonderful care of our boys. We have two boys and began their enrollment in 2019. One started at one year old and the other started at eight weeks. Every class and every level of care has been great. The teachers are kind and attentive and they treat our kids like family. Communication is great and I always know what's going on. I can't imagine putting my boys anywhere else. I'm so thankful we found Kids R Kids.

In my opinion, YOU CAN FIND A BETTER DAYCARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN. JUST SAYING (: Directors are very very very.....veryyyyy UNPROFESSIONAL and the teachers besides a small percentage, are %110 childish and DO NOT actually interact or show interest in WHO the children really are. It honestly makes me sad...

Made the switch to KRK of Lakeshore a few months ago and we are so happy! Our 3 year old is being challenged and the school is very well managed. Very satisfied with our choice and looking forward to the upcoming years at this location.
