Medical staff is great! The support staff is terrible! I had to deal with the same issue for hours to no avail. I convinced my husband to change from his previous provider to Kelsey. Sadly his experience was terrible here. I do not recommend this location.

I have been going to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic / Downtown when I was working in Downtown Houston for most of my carrier days. Now that I am retired I continue to go to Kelsey-Seybold / Downtown. It is a great place, and the physicians there have done much to help address my physical needs. I would highly recommend Kelsey-Seybold to everyone! I will always continue to use Kelsey as my primary care giver for the rest of my life! Very happy with them!

I was seen by Emily Bennett and she was not helpful at all. I’m feeling very sick, I have a fever, and very nasty cough. Mrs.Bennett was very standoffish and was trying to insinuate that I just wanted to “hang out” from work when I have an obvious fever, nasty cough, and body aches. I told her the NyQuil wasn’t helping and she said I should switch to Robutussin when they are the exact same thing. Lately, it seems as though we pay these doctor’s a lot of money and they do not help with anything. I actually left feeling very offended and she didn’t do anything to help with my symptoms.

My first time visiting this Kelsey Seybold Clinic as a patient today. Staff was kind and helpful. The Nurse Adeola was very kind and attentive. I felt that she listened to my concerns and gave helpful advice. I will be going back for a woman's check up and look forward to a pleasant appointment and future physician choice.

Recently I have visited Dr. Andrea Costello. She is very kind and supportive. She listened to all my concerns and gave her valuable advice. Staffs and nurses were friendly. Would love to visit Dr. Costello again.

In general, I really like Kelsey Seybold, but this was not my favorite location. The orthopedic doctor I saw here was very kind and knowledgeable. But, the parking here was very inconvenient which is not surprising since it's downtown, and you need to pay for it. Since it was in the Shops though, it felt like you had no privacy. When you were in the waiting area, you could see into the mall, and you had to use the mall's general restrooms. It felt strange to be going to the doctor but feel like you didn't have any privacy. If you can, I would try to go to a different Kelsey Seybold location rather than this one.

I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this establishment, I’ve gone now 4 different times, 3 with my physician & now this 4th time with my obgyn, they both do a great job at addressing any concerns I have. Looking forward to going to them for my medical needs/concerns

Front staff is fast efficient cordial professional. Nurse/assistant too. Although I felt comfortable, both can smile a bit more. Dr Albrecht is great! ? Fast, gets to the point, explains things simply, doesn't make you feel too rushed. Easy to talk with, and smiles and chuckles.

Dr. Amy Chen was amazing! She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I would love to see her again! ???She met all of my needs and concerns including the next steps for my future care plan. Roseline Onwuchuruba NP is a wonderful physician. Very warm and thorough. She showed much caring and took the time to explain and make recommendations, and listened to all my concerns. It’s been a long time since I have been able to find someone like her for myself in the medical field. I am so grateful for her and such a huge thank you for her services. I highly recommend her services to all!
