They are honest with their pricing and convenient as they are close to my house. I will never step foot in a chain mechanic shop ever again, after countless times getting scammed and over charged for unnecessary repairs, I now sleep well at night knowing I can just go to Kay's for any of my car needs, inspections, oil changes, and they will fix only what you come to them for and won't try to upsell you. I highly recommend Kay's to everyone!

Bunch of scammers. My car over heated called them told them what happened they had it towed there. They tell me after they charge me a diagnostic fee and tow fee that that don't do motor repairs

My friend referred me and now I've been going here for years. I first went to get a windshield replaced. Other places were quoting $200 to $300. Kay's fixed it for a lot less.
It's great to know that I can trust them. They always are friendly, courteous, and efficient. They are upfront about the repairs needed and the pricing. They get the work done quickly.
I highly, highly recommend them!

Philip was amazing and so helpful. Kay's automotive truly cares about their customers and taking care of their vehicles. I called about bringing my car in after the serpentine belt snapped on the freeway. They were able to fix my belt and water pump, allowing me to have my car back and fixed while I was at work. Thank you so much for your kindness, knowledge, and care for my care.

I went to kay because my truck was experiencing some issues and the guy at the desk was a Lil rude at first but I could tell he was stressing which he confirmed a little later as he was telling me they were packed and backed up not to mention they were already closing the man still listened to me and came outside to helped me out with my truck and let me know what was wrong with it

I get my motorcycles inspected here and they are fast and friendly. I haven't had a vehicle worked on here yet but I've watched them interact with other customers and like their honesty. I heard the manager once tell a customer that they could work on their vehicle but a different shop down the street had the proper diagnostic tools for their car and they suggested going there first.
