Very nice, I flew in from Jacksonville, FL, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership, I purchased a 4runner, it just needed a remote key chain, so we went to the Toyota dealership and while they were getting it he took me out to lunch while we were waiting. Really nice guy.

I bought a Mercedes benz ML350from them, the car was a complete mess, Kaseem is a very rude fellow,don't buy car from them, you will regret every bit it, I bought another Toyota Corolla sport,it took Kaseem 6months to verify I sent money, wasted my time, the car was bad he didn't tell me this after I paid so much fort the car..he lacks bussiness etiquette and he's a complete rude fellow.

NEVER GO HERE!! They will completey rip you off. I was already iffy about getting the car in the first place, but I was in desperate need of a car. A week after I got the car it already starts having issues. I have only had the car for 6 months and I've already had to pay more than my down payment just on repair fees. They sale faulty cars. When I contact the guy Victor (hence he also made a false review posing as a customer) he said "oh well, I can't help you" and was extremely rude about the situation. The warranty they provide is some fake warranty that covers nothing. BEAWARE of this crooked place. It's run by the devil himself only lying , cheating and stealing from customers!

CONSUMERS PLEASE BE AWARE! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here! I purchased a 2011 Infiniti m37s worst mistake of my life. I live in Virginia and I had it shipped here. Car is a total lemon, it has a ton of problems. Warning lights are on and key is dead upon arrival. All of the floors are wet on the car (As if there is water damage). Myara (mika) the female who answers the phone is a complete joke. She assured and told me nothing was wrong with the car. After I received the car, I called to discuss the problems. Kassem was extremely rude (the owner who I never once spoke to before). He took the phone from Myara and began yelling at me (Thanks for your business you brought the car from us over the phone we can't help you etc).They are ignoring my phone calls. He told me that I had one day to get the car from Virginia to texas to get my money back. It took them more then a week to ship it after I paid him with a cashiers check. It is a very unfortunate sitaution for consumers as myself who work very hard (this was hard earn money). Mr. Kassem will be seeing my attorney in court. There are specific laws in place, you cannot sell a vehicle to any consumer in this condition, without prior notice. I pray to god this post helps someone else thats making a decision to buy from these people. Save yourself grief. I don't understand how they can sleep at night. Pure fraud.

This place is a joke! We were interested in a truck they had listed online with nice pictures. We called twice before driving to the other side of town to look at the truck and test drive. When we got there the sales man told us the truck had many issues and were sending it to auction! Why didn't they tell us that over the phone? Such a waste of time!!

I was very pleased with the owner mr Kassem Turkawi, we bought an infiniti G37 at the best price ever, its been 3 months since we bought the car and I am very pleased. The sales girl Mika is so nice and my kids loved her. I would recomend this dealership to family and friends, simply because they have nice cars at great price and their customer service (Mika) was top notch
