DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!This experience with this company has been awful. I never write reviews but today I will be doing so. I purchased two orders online and in the description it said 2 per box. So one would believe this would provide you with 4 chairs. However, when the chairs arrived I only received two chairs. I tried talking to the manager and his solution was to either order two more or return the chairs for a 25% restocking fee. When opening the chairs I realized the chairs were not the correct height. Which seemed very strange since on the website there is no dimensions listed. However there are pictures associated with the chairs I purchased with the table I own. I would believe that the chairs pictured would go with the table in the picture as it appears but they were not the correct height. Again dimensions are not listed so I’m not sure how one would know this.Then to make things worse the company is going to charge me a 25% restocking fee and will not pick up the chairs. I’m not able to return them the week I speak to the owner because it’s raining every day or I’m working. So when I return them the next Saturday I take them to the Houston location who says they can’t take the the return because the computer issue with the power. She advises that I take the chairs to Katy location to return them. I drive all the way to the Katy location. A girl who looks 18 if that is the only one in the store she doesn’t even notice when I walk in and I’m walking all around the store looking for someone to speak with. Finally I find this lady by a different desk not the front desk you see when you walk in. She acts startled and didn’t know I had walked in. Probably was just on her phone.Anyways she’s plenty kind but basically tells me she doesn’t know how to do returns and I can leave the chairs and hope the owners will refund me on Monday. She says she’d understand if I don’t want to leave them but she can’t refund or give me any proof that I returned them or that they will be refunded. Overall this is a sleezey fake company with the WORST customer service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

My initial order was placed on 4/26/24. Although the item I ordered was not in stock, Gary did his best with getting an additional one substituted for me that was similar in color. My order was initially promised to me with the upcoming week or following week, but the delivery company had an ETA OF 5/29. Gary and his team worked swiftly to check in to get this expedited and delivered 10 days early on 5/19. Upon delivery the clips to the sectional were damaged and there was slits in the sectionals fabric all throughout, therefore its made it nearly impossible to enjoy the sectional without pieces being connected. I reached out to Gary immediately on delivery day to send out photos via text. There was no proof of delivery document signed as the delivery men mentioned their app was not loading. I followed up with a phone call where Gary mentioned they were going to send out additional clips, yet it’s been a little over two weeks and I have not received anything nor communications. I was charged $492 for delivery alone and no one has any answers nor even a callback

DON'T BUY FROM Kassa Mall Furniture @ Mattress. BUYERS WHO DO NOT LIVE IN TAXES DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Here is my story. I purchased a king size bedroom set from Kassa Mall furniture @ mattress. I received my order after one month of waiting. Delivery charge was $700.00 .It was threshold delivery. I did not have a chance to check all pieces of furniture because unpacking the boxes would have taken a long time. The Delivery company would not have waited that long for me. Before placing the order, I asked some questions to the Kassa Mall representative about possible manufacturing defects that cannot be detected during delivery because unpacking takes a long time. The Kassa Mall representative said that I don't have to warry about it. I have 24 hours to inspect and take pictures of defects if there are any. I did everything their policy required . The name of the collection is Birsfelden from American Furniture. I would like to warn buyers this is terrible quality furniture. I found many manufactory defects during inspection. I sent them many pictures and also called them during 24 hours. They refused take it back, since the furniture was removed from the boxes. Does anyone know how to do an inspection without unpacking the boxes? They said they would send my complaint to the manufacturer and maybe they would send someone to do the repairs. I realized that they were just stalling for time and I was not going to keep the furniture. I knew that after 60 days from the date of purchase I would not be able to return the money through my bank. I filed a dispute with my bank. I am lucky I have got my money back. During the dispute process I also filed an application to the small claim court. When I came to court , the judge said that defendant had not received a summons and the trial would not take place. I called to Kassa Mall Furniture asking for correct address but they said they do not accept any letters from small claim courts of some other States. So, if my bank would not return my money back, I would lose my money. BUYERS WHO DO NOT LIVE IN TAXES DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.The Seller lies responding to my review. They said I didn't communicate with them during 24 hours. I did call them and sent emails. I will attach screenshots. Don't trust them. They are liars. The delivery date was 01/30/2024.You can clearly see my email date and phone calls in the screenshot.

I only gave them one star because it didn't give me the option to give less. First of all, I never received notice of the status of our order. I had to call five-six times to even find out where the order was. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday, then Thursday, then Saturday and on it went. When it finally was ready (I only knew because I called) I was told I could pick-up at the warehouse anytime that day. I called when we left the house to ensure it was there and low and behold, it wasn't at the warehouse yet, I could come that afternoon and someone would be there until 5:30p. We rearranged our schedule to go pick it up and when we arrived we were LUCKY because the guys at the warehouse were literally in the truck about to drive off on a delivery and wouldn't have been there if we had gotten there five minutes later. It was well before 5:30p. Then our product was damaged and I had to spend another week talking to the guys at the store about getting a replacement and was told my only option was to go back to the warehouse and do the exchange, which I was hesitant to do because of our awful experience with the initial pick-up. The company didn't try to help us or fix the issue and was a major headache to deal with. Note to future customers: spend a little more money and buy from a reputable retailer.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND OWNER. Very unprofessional and not willing to help with any issues I have. I purchased a couch online and after 1 month of having it every seem on the couch Is coming apart (not my fault manufacture defect) then are trying to charge me $500 to get the couch to them and to send me a new one. ? ridiculous DO NOT BUY HERE.

Update. After my review below, the manager called and apologized for my experience and vowed to correct all the issues immediately. Appreciate the response. Hopefully it's all corrected.So, thought this place was going to be great to shop from based on their web site and the choices of art they had was what we really wanted. Decided to pickup instead of paying $200 for shipping to San Antonio. Reason I'm giving 2 stars is their customer service, communications and location is awful. Definitely not a store I would think of going to if I had seen it in person first. Hours are not correct on the web or their store front. Warehouse is located way out of the way with no where to park or pickup deliveries like you would expect from a furniture store. Tried calling over 20 times between me and my wife to get answers and confirm our pickup. If you do get in touch with them, very hard to understand and no one communicates in full English sentences. If you do want something from this store, have it delivered. Trust me, you don't want to try to pick it up.

By far, the worst shopping experience of my life. We saved all year to replace our 17 year old furniture. Upon purchase, the customer support was one sided: Never calling back, never responding to emails. We were notified, eventually, the set would arrive on the "22th"- when asking for clarity we received, again, no response. On the 29th a delivery trucked showed up unannounced. I had all my children just seated for lunch and a guy knocks at my door. He said if I signed and initialed he would open up the truck and unload the delivery. I asked him what he was even delivering, and he proceeded to tell me furniture. Having to go check on my kids, that they were not choking and safe I did as told. He unloaded and left. When my husband got home and started investigating the Sofa, Chair, Cabinet, all were broken!!!!! We called Kassa who took zero responsibility for their products or delivery company. They claim it left in perfect condition and is all our fault for not inspecting. We we're not told they were showing up that day, asked when worked for us, encouraged to look at the furniture by the delivery company, and never responded to throughout the process. Now we are out thousands on top of it all. NEVER buy from Kassa!! It is not worth the risk, the poor customer service or their blame and shame. They should take responsibility for not responding to our questions and responsibility for their poor delivery service. It's not worth trying to save money with Kassa- save money by choosing a company who protects their customers and strives for quality products to make it into their home!!

Recently I was shopping for bar stools. I was having hard time finding something I liked. I stumbled across something in another furniture store however, found the same identical thing a Kassa at half the price. Their delivery fee was reasonable and included assembly. Would totally shop again. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is that they should contact the customer within 24-48 hours to setup delivery. I had to call them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this hustlers. If you want to buy furniture, buy it from stores that provide warranty and respect customers and promises. Do not expect KM respect customers and promises to replace defected pieces of furniture. It will not happen. You will end up having defected furniture for decade.
