We came to Karla’s after having been scammed by Ilusiones Boutique in Humble. My baby was devastated after having no dress with pictures 2 weeks away and quince next month. Karen and her staff were so great and helped her find the dress that she loved. They went above and beyond and put a smile on my baby’s face. If you are looking for a beautiful dress and great customer service please visit Karla’s Boutique. We cannot thank them enough for turning our stressful situation into happiness!

We found Karla Boutique on Google after so many unsuccessful trips to other formal gown and Quince boutiques. This place has been professional for the start. We came on a whim on a late Sunday afternoon after finding them and my daughter found her dress immediately. Everyone was so helpful and truly has made my daughter feel as special as a Quince does for a young girl. I would recommend anyone to Karla’s.

Literally the best place to buy a xv dress. I would not go any where else. Staff and especially Karen are wonderful ❤️. Dress came in on time and looked beautiful. They even helped me on another dress for time crunch after another business didn't order a dress for me. Thank you so much!!!

When we were searching for my daughters dress we went to a lot of boutiques and places here in the Houston area. But Karla Boutique came one of our favorite places. The customer service at this place has was amazing. The quality of dresses was great. Her dresses are also very unique. Karen was such a great help and also very helpfull. My daughters dress came in quicker than I expected. The communication on what we needed was amazing. The dress needed to have a little bit of an alteration that we wanted to change and they were able to fix, Her crown and her accessories were also bought at this place. Recommend 100%!!

Do you guys remember when y'all were smaller and would watch all the prices moves and would say I'm this one or I'm that one that's exactly how my daughter felt with all the beautiful dresses at Karla Boutique it was an excellent experience definitely satisfied ???????

Shopped here for my nieces sweet 16. The dress was originally blue but they were able to make one in red in a short amount of time. She absolutely loved it. Was able to purchase the matching teddy bear also. They were very helpful here.

The experience with these ladies was superb! From the day we walked in there to the day we received our merchandise. Karen truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We walked in without an appointment and they made sure to cater to my princess’s wants. The dresses are BEAUTIFUL and Very well made, as well as the the crowns and bouquets. We then had a hiccup with the shipment of the merchandise but Karen was working hard to assure us there was a backup plan and she kept me sane throughout my spiral. Ultimately the shipment made it ?. I truly am thankful to have found such a phenomenal boutique. Would 1000% recommended to EVERYONE!Thank you Karen!!!!

I absolutely loved it here. I went to other places for my quince dress but none of them caught my attention, this place has unique stunning dresses along with other things such as bouquets and the crowns and even earrings and necklaces , everything you would need for a quince ? they always make sure you are pleased with the product. They’re all so kind and so sweet and patient. I recommend this place if you want a dress uniquely to your taste/design.?
