I can’t compliment this company enough. Alex was truly amazing tonight. I just got a new truck and did something stupid that put me in a position to need a tow immediately. My trusted mechanic recommended this company and they showed up quickly late at night. Because my truck was new and I’m not use to tows, I had a lot of questions on a night in Houston when it was 23 degrees at the time. Alex was patient and kind answering all questions and used a skilled technique to get my truck safely on his flat bed just because it made my eyes feel it was safer to be up there. He even gave me some encouraging words while I was worried about my dumb mistake with my truck. Pictures 30 mins later ensured my truck arrived safely at my mechanic’s shop. I SERIOUSLY recommend this company to anyone. I’ll never call a different service for towing if that unfortunate moment happens and I need one again. 5 stars, no doubt! Thanks again Alex! Mean that.

I had a very challenging towing need and Alex from family-owned KARE Auto Tow went above and beyond! He arrived right on time, communicated what was needed, honest with cost (great value) and even sent photos of vehicle being delivered to requested location. Kind, caring and professional service.

I was calling all over Houston looking to tow our airstream. Other companies told me they didn’t have the capability or gave a quote with an outrageous price. Then I found Kare Auto Tow. The customer service was outstanding! Super nice, responsive, and very reasonable in prices. They were also able to do the tow the same day and was on time. I highly recommend using them.

Ramone did an excellent job with a difficult situation! Our car was in a challenging location to find, and the fastest route was clogged with going- home traffic. He knew just how to avoid the traffic and arrived quickly. A second challenge was 2 flat tires on the same side. He knew immediately how to position his truck on this 4-lane, divided street in order to load our car.We had full confidence that he would deliver our car to the specified dealer location and he did that promptly. The dealer's rep watched him unload and commented to me that how Ramone handled that process was impressive.Great work Ramone!

Will be telling all rv’ers about Alex & Kare Auto Tow!!! ??***if you need a tow, especially an Rv, this is your guy!We are full time RV’ers & needed our 14,000 pound residential model RV towed to the dealership for roof repairs. This Texas heat is no joke & made the RV inoperable. The hitch jack as well as scissor jacks are also inoperable which presented a dangerous challenge to those who tow. We could have used our F350 but decided to use our benefits with the towing company from NWAN and boy were we glad we did! After another company accepted the tow job, they cancelled 5 min later, Alex at Kare Auto immediately picked up the job & texted me to let me know that he would be taking care of our tow but had a prior tow scheduled so we agreed to the new time & he was THERE 15 min EARLY. ?. During our talks to arrange I let him know the physical issues & he reassured me that his F750 could handle the pull. He also kept in touch to let us know his eta once he delivered the other unit. He & his partner accessed the situation and had our RV loaded & were on the road in less than 30 min, all with ease. I had been worried for nothing! They arrived right after I got to the dealership (maybe 10 min after me) and dropped it off with no issues!Alex & partner were incredibly professional and listened to my concerns as most tow drivers handle light hauls and not damaged 14,000 pound rv’s full of expensive bay window plate glass and sliding doors! I recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are a woman. I’m not sure how far away from Houston he ties, but Bryan and surrounding areas seem to be in his area. We also were not asked for any addition fees & he took care of all the paperwork!Alex has an Amazing demeanor in a situation where I was highly aggravated and concerned - he put my mind at ease!

HIGHLY recommend Kare Auto Tow!! You will not be disappointed - Ramone (tow truck driver) was absolutely amazing and truly helped turn what started as a terrible day to one allowing peace of mind.
