Took a bus due to a transmission ligth.
The 1st time they charged me around $400 said it was a harness wiring issue that got "fixed"
Check trans ligth came back on. & i took the bus back.
It took more then a month for them to figure out the issue. The internal transmission harness. I recived quote and expected date for it to be ready. It was not ready by the day they said. Then they sent me a new quote on new battery around $700 more on the bill. because the bus was not not turning on due to the batterys. Batterys were new. But they needed "new ones" took them in. Ended up getting charged $355 to change batterys. Because it took "two hours of labor" it does not take two hours. Total rip off. Getting billed surprised charges .. after more than a whole month being there. They didnt even return back my original betterys.

ROSS WAS exceptional, kind and professional even though I gave him a hard time asking questions and complaining about prices. I'd recommend this place for all your automotive needs, even though it cost me a months social security check. LOL
