Despite not having my oil changed due to my oil pan leakage (which he told me about) the owner referred me to someone to have it looked at instead of taking advantage of me and taking my money knowing I would just have to have it done again. Hands down he gets 5 starts in my book professional and convenient seeing how they come to you and it's Sunday after 5pm.

Being pregnant the last thing I wanted was to wait hours at the dealership WITH a scheduled appt.
