I have always liked the clothes from here, but the service needs more grace and gratitude. Today, I thought the person I was talking to was a bot. It was so obvious she wanted to be just about anywhere else. It's sad; the lackluster service attitude I usually see as the norm for this store isn't congruent with the values the brand is supposed to stand for.

Horrible service. The staff was absolutely useless. I told them I was there to buy clothes for my wedding. I was asking questions and they would not even bother moving. For example I asked if they would help me pick a turban after I purchased a sherwani from them and they just pointed to the corner and stated they're over there. Do not go here. Go to Poshak next door or Manyavar in the same strip mall.

The cashiers are rude if you ask them one question when buying they look at you like you committed a mistake. For a store like this they really need to teach their service people how to treat customers. I asked the cashier woman a question and she got so frustrated and made me feel like I’m stealing something or committing a crime.

The service was the worst I've ever experienced. I purchased a shalwar kameez online, but received the wrong size. Despite following the exchange policy, I never received the correct size. Furthermore, my attempts to contact them via phone and email were met with no response. It's clear they are not reputable and are essentially thieves. I strongly advise against shopping online to avoid losing your money.

Worst service ever I bought shalwar kameez online and got the wrong size I follow the exchange policy and never got my exchange. When I called and email them they don’t response they are bunch of thieves don’t shop there or you will loose your money.

This was my go to place for Eid outfits when we first moved to Houston but with time I feel like the designs are so repetitive and it's NOT budget friendly at all.. you can still find some good outfits here at a bit higher price but most of them just seem similar and nothing unique.. not enough variety.. plus, one time I had to exchange an outfit for another and there was a price difference but they told me they dont give back any change so I either have to buy something else or please "forgive" the change.. the difference was a good amount but the cheapest thing they had was around $20 or more so I added another item but there was still some difference left so I just told them to keep the change.. this happened years ago so I was pretty naive but there's no way I am going to do the same again.. even if they dont allow you to return the item and it only could be exchanged, they should be able to refund the amount if there's any difference

They have options available for the whole family, clothing for kids ladies men, casual and some formal options. Some of the racks had good sales on them.

Very nice selection, quality ? is good but price is a bit too high, comparing to nearby competitors. Sales items were great, very affordable. Would like to see more classic designs. Definitely will go back.

This is my favorite store. I'm a loyal customer from more than a decade and it's amazing to have them in USA as well. I always receive my order in 2-3 days, perfectly packaged and true to size. Never faced any issue. Customer service is great
