I went to this place for a dress. I picked it up on a late Saturday at my house, I live far away. My family told me that I had the wrong color because it was red and the one the family were going to use was blue, so the next day I went to ask them if they would change it to a blue that had gone the day before, I mean yesterday I told him he told me A girl with long black hair told me okay, I'm going to change it for today but we don't do that and I told her thank you very much. As I grabbed my other dress to bring it back, a lady came to me pedantically and told me not to change it and the girl said yes, she said, I don't care and I don't feel like changing it and I told her please and she told me, don't leave with me. What dress are you wearing and I'll say it again but the girl told me what it was and she said no if you want to change it you have to spend 80 dollars please don't go to that store there was another short lady who was also pedantic they are annoying and rude

Extremely rude, we went in looking for a baptism outfit for a boy, we found one we kinda liked grabbed it and showed our other friends who came but after closely inspecting it there was a black mark on it, so we decided to not take it and left it on a different rack since we weren’t sure where we got it from and no one was assisting us with anything. As we were walking out the “owner” came up to us asking where the outfit was and proceeded to get closer to my son in his tri-bike and behind my bike, and all around my husband and two friends and asked “where is it?” as if we tried stealing it or had it hidden in us. She was talking and running like crazy and proceeded to the area where we were looking at the outfit and the rack we left it at. We walked out but don’t go if you want to be accused of theft from just looking!!!

The place has no restrooms, they actually close 15 min early and the staff is really rude

11.26.22 My daughter needed a dress for a black tie event. So we headed to the "Harwin" area. If you are from Houston or surrounding area then you know where I am talking about. This area sells 1000's if long gowns, Quinceanera dresses, and tons of accessories all at amazing prices. My older daughter found a great dress a few years ago so we had high hopes. Both of my daughters are tall (5'10 & 6'0") so this is not usually an easy task. We stopped in a few different stores before returning here. (Save the best for last)The lady who was helping my daughter was so nice. She went above and beyond to help her find that perfect dress, that was long enough. And you guessed it...SHE FOUND ONE!!! It needed a tiny alteration and they recommended a lady that was only a block away. (She was fantastic!) (She did it while we waited.) I will post her business card. If you are in need of formal dress this is your stop. Tip: Take a pair of heels with you to help with the length. I will post both dresses (my older daughter's and my younger daughter's dress)

We were at Juna Trading today and we had the MOST helpful attendant! She gave my daughter advice on what could go together with the look she was going for! It was the first store and the first dress she tried and after looking up and down Harwin, we really think this dress and the veil they allowed her to try on may be the one for her! I didn't get the name of the attendant, but thanks for all your help. We really felt like you care for your customers at your store!

They have the worst service ever. They literally are no help. One of the lady’s is so rude and makes you uncomfortable. Do not recommend this place. On the other hand the place across the street is the best place to buy dresses!

The dresses are elegant and have very good prices. The employee Hannah was super nice and helped me find a dress that suited me. The store closed at 6:00 but she allowed us to stay a bit longer to find a dress. Which was supper kind of her. I recommend to visit this place.

I shouldn’t even give them any stars! Worst place ever!!! I went to this store on 2/7/2020 to look for a dress. My disabled niece was with us and she uses a walker for her to be able to walk. One of their uneducated and ignorant worker that they had on that day, kicked us out of the store because my DISABLED niece was on her walker and for her (the worker) ignorant self it was a stroller in her eyes!!!! They totally discriminate my niece!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Never again going to Harwin. (My first and last time going to Harwin)

My review is for the customer service. It amazes me what idiots people make themselves out to be. We went in there a couple of days ago looking for bridesmaids dresses for my sister-in-laws wedding. My niece, who has cerberal palsy so was on her walker, was told she had to stay at the front of the store and could not browse the dresses because they had a no stroller policy. After we told her that it was not a stroller but basically her way of getting around, the idiotic lady still had the nerve to tell us she could not move around the store in her walker. We walked out of that store and will never go back. That lady was rude and ignorant!

I called to order a dress for myself. I wasn't sure if one size or the other would fit so they ordered both at no extra charge !! I was very pleased with the service they provided. Thankfully they ordered both sizes because the size I wanted would have been too tight. Also the dress there was $200 cheaper than another store in the same area. Martina and Mary offered very professional service!! Will be shopping there for my next big event!

I went to Juna the other day to find a last minute prom dress, the prices are very affordable especially for the material the dresses are made of i really enjoyed the service there. They have many dresses on display and they allow you to try on as many as you need. I most definitely would recommend this place to anyone else.
