When I first arrived a man with tattoos was smoking I should’ve seen it as a red flag but I was in need of a tire. I asked him for a used tire (for now) he said it was going to be $60 it was fine. Until I saw the tire myself. I thanks god I saw it first before he installed it. It had I believe 2 patches and a NAILLL VISIBLEEE . I asked him are you serious? He smirked and said that’s the only one he had. I guess because I was a female he was going to fool me smh you should be ashamed

Excellent customer service! I bought 2 used tires in an unusual, hard to find, size at a very reasonable price. I will definitely buy from JP Tires again.

Ivan is very unskilled with the tire machine . Ivan knows he damaged my wheel. Ivan should accept responsibility and be a man and pay for his mistake.Then Ivan should seek professional training on how to use a tire machine properly.I will be reclaiming my $15 because Ivan did not really fix anything.

Very rude and unprofessional guy working here. I've used them twice before and he's constantly like this.Imagine how much business they've lost because of his bad attitude. I'll never come back here again till he's gone

I am very dissatisfied because I walked 60 miles to come see the Traila tires that they were selling because the owner told me that they were American and when I arrived they were Chinese and of poor quality.

Recommended by my favorite S.wayside tires shop down the street since their tools broke. The first experience was very unprofessional and horrible attitude. Went to the place to ask for a price charge for 3 wheel lock done but ended up $10 each in which is very fair but I went ahead and ask to see if they can price match for $5 like S. Wayside tires since they are my favorite place to go to. The worker replied, "no, why don't you do it yourself?". Too bad! I found another place down the street Center Tire Shop and got it done for $5 each. I would highly recommend S.Wayside Tires if you happen to need Tire services or try Central Tire Shop. They serve me for so long and don't bother to waste your time coming to this shop. I might got a bad service from 1 guy but this is what I experienced. Good luck y'all.

Super unprofessional. It's a far drive for me to go there so called to ask for a price on a tire change and he gave an attitude the whole time. At the end I still didn't get a price after giving him all the information on the tire and he hung up mid conversation.

I'm giving it a 5 star because I have been buying used tires from JP for many years already and had no issues . I get to pick the tires and the tires have at least 50 percent thread on them and the prizes are fair and the balancing is included already.
